Location was great. The front desk was friendly and exceptional customer service. Although there were so many people at the hotel and breakfast was crowded, the food was very good and replenished quickly. The rooms were modern and larger than expected.

The parking wasn't free. You could try to find a spot on the street but was not comfortable with that. The area looks shady but apparently it is not.

CLEAN + COMFORTABLE. Brand new hotel, very clean and felt safe. Breakfast was complimentary & amazing! we had sausage+gravy biscuits, potatoes + chorizo & egg. Amazing breakfast! Kids had waffles + fresh fruit plus more options breakfast area was very clean. Parking garage is $35 BUT loved the convenience of having our car parked & secure since l always see vehicles get stolen, in bigger cities. Def worth the money plus breakfast is so good so evens out to me. lol Pool area was clean and the water felt so clean. Plenty of seating around pool area! Our room was clean + love the setup of the room.

Nothing this hotel is very nice for the price.

The hotel is fairly new which shows with the room amenities. Free breakfast was excellent. Secured paid parking. Location is in East Austin which has become a mecca for nightlife vs. the downtown area. Staff was very helpful in assigning rooms for my group.

The BIGGEST complaint that my group has with the hotel however is the ridiculous rain shower head which provided VERY little water pressure to try and rinse off soap or shampoo. The shower heads need to be changed ASAP.

Fabulous location in East Austin . So close to great bars and restaurants on 6th Street - short walk away very cool area. Highly recommend . When I initially booked I thought this hotel was a little way out but it really isn’t .

Staff were so helpful especially Kurt . Pool and gym facilities were great . And the breakfast on offer was 10/10 .

I made some last second change of plans to attend a bachelorette party in Austin. My girlfriends had already booked at a smaller boutique hotel in East Austin. Turns out, their hotel didn't have a pool so we all spent Saturday afternoon at the Hampton pool camped out in the cabanas. The Hampton is walkable to all of the nightlife and I felt safe the whole time.

The hotel is brand new so you could tell that the staff was trying to iron out some kinks. The service and attitude was still great.

Beautiful spacious property with a very large area for eating breakfast, and for socializing inside and on a large patio area next to the pool. Breakfast choices were good and varied slightly each day.

There was nothing I didn’t like and I travel often and have stayed in a lot of different hotels in different cities.

Property is in a good location away from all the noise! It’s in a quiet neighborhood but you are still close to downtown.

I didn’t realize we had to pay for their parking garage. I assumed it was included .

Staff were super friendly, breakfast was amazing! Rooms were spacious & very clean.

Would have loved a bath in the room but only a trivial complaint, also there was no water station on the floor which would have been handy. the pool was freezing!!! And not the most central.

The staff was so authentically friendly. The hotel is pretty new and everything is in tip top condition. The room's design is cozy, comfortable and stylish. Has a gym.

Parking is a bit pricy. The gym needs a better variety of attachments for the cable machine.

Clean rooms.

I have stayed at a number of hotels and I don't recall ever having to pay for parking. I payed $35 plus tax for parking. I could have parked on the street but location did not look safe. I wish I had known about this exhorbitant fee before booking a room.
