The apartment is nice and modern, and it’s in a very good location, near to the nice areas and not far from downtown. The tv is smart which is good.

The bed was not so comfortable, the kitchen could be better equipped, and 1 specific guy from the staff was really rude to me, it was really embarrassing, I really didn’t understand why and it made all diference to me so I wouldn’t come back!

Spacious, clean and well situated near restaurants, bars and a grocery store. Easy to understand arrival/departure instructions. Great for our family of 2 adults & 2 children.

Brilliant Location, Bars and Restaurants just a short walk away, Clean and tidy

This is not a major dislike but more of a would have been nice to have situation. Needed at least a vacuum cleaner or brush and half shovel so we could clean up any messes. There was no direction for what to do with the rubbish. No instructions for Dryer, washing machine, dish washer or oven. We did mention this upon check out and was told there was a ownership hand over and they were still putting systems into place. So hopefully they get this sorted - We would defiantly stay here again though.

Location was great! Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable. Great kitchen space in both units we rented.

Check in was a bit confusing. We didn't get the original link explaining all the details on checking in. I contacted the property and once they sent the link, everything was very clear. Coffee provided wasn't great and only enough for 2 cups. Would have preferred a Keurig or something similar. Great coffee shop behind the location on 7th called Prana. Also, one of the units we rented had a fairly large balcony overlooking the pool; however, there was no seating. That was a bit disappointing.

We booked a one bedroom apartment for several days over Thanksgiving. We were able to cook a full holiday meal in the apartment with all of the cookware provider. The only thing we didn’t have was a cutting board or peeler, which we ended up buying instead of asking first. The staff was very attentive throughout our stay when we needed additional consumable items, like dishwasher pods. The location is great!

Due to the close proximity to bars and restaurants, it can be a little loud on the weekends. But it felt like it ended earlier in the evening and didn’t impact our sleep.

The location was fantastic. The East Austin area is very vibrant with restaurants, breweries and stores, all of which were within a short walk. The unit was very large in size, very roomy and comfortable overall, and very clean. I had an issue with noise the first night, as my room overlooked a bar (which was open until 2am, even on a Thursday). When I asked if I could be moved the next day, staff was very responsive and moved me and my family to an interior room which was very quiet, even on a Friday and Saturday night. They stored our luggage and put it in the new room when that room was ready.

If the room to be rented is located above the Bar next door, they should definitely advise the renter of this so that they can either request a different room or are ready to experience noise until 2am. The bedroom should also have a television. a 40 inch tv only costs $119. As such, there is no reason to not have one which is at least 40 inches in each bedroom. Virtually every hotel that has a separate bedroom has a tv in that bedroom. The windows should also have shades or curtains that are blackout, so the morning light or street light does not come into the room. The shades on the window were not very dark and I woke up early each morning because of the morning light.

Location was super convenient, close to downtown even walkable about 20 mins and all the nightlife. Check-in was super easy the kiosk was down when we arrived but Sentral communicated everything ahead of time. There were a lot of detailed instructions which was great. They also allowed us to use the gym at their sister location 1630.

It's close to the nightlife so downside is that it gets very noisy in the evening. The balcony is opposite a bar which makes it unusable in the evening. It would have been nice if there was seating outside on the balcony. The gym has about 10 medicine balls and no weights. I would recommend getting a bench and weights for the barbell.

check in was very annoying but loved the location and the size of the room/apartment. when i called for assistance the person on the phone was really nice and helpful. parking garage was a decent price.

since this place was listed as pet friendly - i was also very surprised and not very happy with the hefty pet charge. it basically doubled the price of the stay which was ridiculous. we also had a couple of things in the kitchen that were falling apart. the siding of the kitchen island and the floorboard under the cabinet there were coming unglued.

Very well equipped apartment in East Austin, an up and coming district only 15 min walking distance away from downtown. All amenities were provided, the bed was comfy, the apartment was very spacious with 2 seperate bedrooms and bathrooms and one shared kitchen and living room. Althought it was very pricey durung SXSW (like all other options) it was a very good fit for our needs. Great bars, Austin Garden and the legendary Hotel Vegas are only a few minutes by foot away and Royal Blue Grocery has everything you need in terms of coffee, breakfast and - of course - groveries ;) all in all a big recommendation.

It's quite noisey (street, upper floor neighbors, bars), but nothing a pair of earplugs can't fix. No furniture on the (very small) balcony. Very pricey during SXSW.

Amazing location, absolutely huge unit with everything you could need (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer). Really helpful and friendly staff.

It can be tricky checking in if you have a car as you’ll need to find street parking whilst you run into the property and grab the electronic fob for the parking garage. Be aware if you arrive in the evening as the street is usually rammed full of cars!
