A wonderfully priced hotel in the perfect location for exploring East 6th. No noise issues in our room despite being across from a few bars, and the room was massive, well-designed, and extremely comfortable. The bathroom also had loads of space, great lighting, and there was plenty of room to store our belongings.

The only improvement to the room would have been to have a microwave in the room- I needed one for a heating pad in the middle of the night, but staff downstairs were quick to help! Additional signage on the building on how to enter the hotel (through the restaurant) would be helpful! I may have missed notes about this in check-in information we were sent, but a sign would be a great way to eliminate confusion!

The location was fabulous. Comfortable beds! The restaurant at the hotel is beautifully done and we enjoyed that they have a DJ! We chose not to use valet because we found street parking. Tons of great restaurants/brewery/coffee shops within walking distance. Will be staying again!

Next time we stay, we will be asking for a room that does not face 6th Street. The noise from the street and Lefty’s (the bar adjacent to the hotel) had LOUD music till 2AM on Friday night. Also, we didn’t love that we had to walk thru the restaurant with our belongings to get to the hotel elevators, but again, not a deal breaker.

The property is really well situated along a vibrant street full of restaurants, bars and cool shops. It has a fantastic Spanish tapas restaurant (order the croquettes). The overall design and aesthetics of the hotel are phenomenal, super modern and hip. The hotel rooms are well appointed with great views, lovely decor and comfortable beds. The staff, from the valets to the reception staff were really nice and always super accommodating. If you are looking for a fun trip to Austin where you can enjoy the nightlife and all that Austin has to offer, this is your hotel.

I stayed here in early May and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and full of character—from the stylish bar to the cozy in-room details like the reading nook and minimalist decor. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. The best part, though, was the staff. Natasha at the front desk checked me in early and made me feel so welcome. Sharon followed up via text during my stay, checking in and answering any questions I had. And Aaron, the bartender, was incredibly attentive and warm—he helped tailor my food and drink choices and handled a returned dish with care and professionalism.

Only suggestion: the restaurant menu could use better descriptions or photos so guests know what to expect. One dish didn’t match what I imagined, but Aaron handled it with understanding and kindness.

Definitely the location. Next, I would say to have the little restaurant attached to it and many other businesses just walking distance. To see all the people walking up and down the street, we love seeing that. The rooms itself are big spacious. And one of the things that I hate about most hotels is how dark the bathroom is. This was the brightest bathroom We’ve ever seen. It was wonderful. We stayed in many hotels in Austin. We go there once a month for a weekend or for a week. This will be our new go to.

I can’t honestly say there was anything that stands out that I dislike or hate it

Massive room and shower area - i was in an accessible room but still felt appropriately furnished and not basic / at all “accessible”. Brilliant front of house team. Clean and tidy. Voucher for free drink in the michelin star restaurant upon arrival. 24 hr reception with staff at all times.

No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Bed was a bit high! Im quite small, and for an accessible room I can imagine that might be challenging for some guests. No iron/ironing board or steamer.

It's a stylish place, with large rooms and comfortable beds. The bar is good, and the breakfast sandwich options (although not included) are delicious. It's walkable from the city centre and at the end of a road with some decent restaurants, bars, and shops.

No tea/coffee-making facilities in the room at all, despite having a well-stocked mini-bar. No free parking options on site. The sliding bathroom door offers precious little privacy from the rest of the room. It is right at the border of "central" Austin and some rather sketchy suburbs, so you only really want to walk in one direction when you leave... It's pretty expensive for what it is.

The hotel was new, clean, comfortable. There was a funky cool lobby and bar area (also a restaurant with breakfast). The room itself was spacious and clean, good design. There was a larger (not full size) fridge and stocked minibar (although we did not use). The bathroom was also large, clothes steamer included was a nice touch. Plenty of space for clothes and luggage. Nice little booth / seating area. Only downside was the lighting a little low. Room was very quiet, could not hear any outside noise. There were plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Very good bar with bar food for late night snack.

The hotel did not have a fitness center, which would have been nice. A little better lighting in the room, it was a little dark. Everything else was great.

The hotel was in an awesome location on 6th St in East Austin. It had numerous restaurants within walking distance, as well as Whole Foods, Target, and HEB within a mile. The room was great - it was very spacious, super clean and funky, and the ability to use Airplay to connect to TV was an added bonus.

There is a hold for incidentals, which ended up being $100 per night, which wasn't well communicated and has led to issues with money repeatedly being held on my card that I'm now attempting to resolve with ARRIVE Austin and my bank. If it weren't for this problem, the stay would be a 10/10

New, fresh, clean, modern. Pet-friendly with no fee, which is huge in a time of exorbitant, ancillary fees. The staff was wonderful, having communicated via text in the days leading up to the stay - and they were kind and amendable. The room was beyond expectations - we received a complementary upgrade to a balcony room and it was so thoughtfully laid out - comfortable for a couple and a pup. Had the best room (519). Cool area, with lots of restaurants, bars, etc.

No coffee/tea/kettle in the room, but we prepared and brought our own! Parking is expensive, but that was also an anticipated cost - and the valets were great.
