We were traveling for a college orientation. Location was right off the freeway. It was fine for our short stay. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were roomy and bathroom was large. The maintenance and janitorial staff were on it (we had an issue). Desk help with the manager Claudette and Desmond at night was awesome. Both so kind and accomodating. Pool looked nice, but we never had time to utilize. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and I were surprised how good it was. Late one night we had a drink at the bar, and they were great. The bartender was so friendly too.

Hot tub was out. The location is definetly not a destination vacation. But the hotel is very nice and clean. Also, we felt safe in the parking lot.

Marble countertops, amenities provided, and housecleaning kept supply of clean towels. Everything was nice and clean, bed made "tightly", AC worked well. Had iron with full-sized board, and a hairdryer. Coffee maker if you use one. Close access to highway. Check-in/out was friendly and helpful.

Spacing in the room and bathroom is a little tight. I was a lone traveler, so I made it work. The bathroom had an extra-wide mirror which extended over the commode. That space could better be used for a hand towel rack. It also had a low ceiling, so the shower had to rely on mirror lights for visibility. It worked ok. As one person, I made it work. 2 people can too, but you'll need to plan how to use the hooks available. One staff member did not speak English, but still able to communicate.

The staff is friendly, everything works properly, there is a really nice court yard connected to some of the rooms on the first floor. The sliding door access makes it easier for people to enjoy the pool and hot tub area.

The pushy male housekeeper who did not want to give me 10 minutes to gather my things and leave while him and his wife cleaned my room. It was really upsetting to be told I could not have time to do what I needed to do. After a lady knocked on my door and I answered he popped up and exclaimed, "I have a doctor appointment!" What? I wasn't even checking out, I was just leaving with my dog to take care of business and they came like the Mob about to throw me out of a casino for cheating. I told the front desk agent and she helped me feel better about the situation, heading off to my room to ask them to leave my room as soon as possible because I kind of felt violated.

Room was very clean, hotel was well maintained and had great amenities, staff was friendly and helpful, view was good, overall a great experience!

The restaurant situation was a bit weird and complex. Asking for a menu resulted in a long search to find one, the room service button didn't work and I was told the restaurant didn't deliver, but I also couldn't call down to order ahead, the service was slow, and they were out of things on the menu. It meant that every interaction with the restaurant was a disappointing one, but overall this was a minor issue on an otherwise great stay.

The room was nice and big, just a little older property. Good value for our 2 night stay.

The air conditioner was an old wall iunit that may have lead to me getting sick once I got home from my trip.. The air was on and off, Freezing & blowing or off. It could have been less loud and more even in it's flow of air. We wanted to use the pool and it's on the east side of the building so it was cold (I had my granddaughters with me. If it had been heated or if the jacuzzi/hot tub had been hot, that would have been nice because the girls really wanted to play in the pool.

The property is convenient and fairly quiet. It was clean and the staff was professional.

We chose this hotel so we could keep our two dogs with us. We weren't aware that we would have a $75 fee. Also, there is no grass inside the hotel gates. My husband had to take my dogs past the parking lot to use the restroom and unfortunately, they needed to go out at 4am. I was not confident that he was safe.

Housekeeping very attentive and immediate. 24 hour desk staff as well, kind and attentive. Safety was high priority and very calming.

Coffee service in the morning was unavailable. The water pressure only allowed for a rinse off, not able to wash hair, The toilet did not empty. I used the public restroom in the lobby. Roaches in the room and crickets in the hallway.

Good place for a short stay over the weekend, the staff welcomed me kindly, and the room was good, clean, and comfortable. The location and parking were also good, I had no problems finding a parking slot and had no difficulty exiting to the I-35. Average value price.

The shower head over the tub was leaking water, and the room sometimes felt humidity, even with the A/C running.

Have stayed here before as well as performed in the convention hall. Easy access to the airport/downtown. Appreciate that we were not charged in advance for the room. Moderately priced! Staff is always friendly. Rooms are clean. Fabulous local artwork, photography throughout the property. The view of downtown Austin at sunset is spectacular!

Just two things really. One is the in-room coffee machine. Pretty dated considering there are modern alternatives to the packet format. Second is the aesthetic of the room. Some may find the long counter space a plus, but it adds no charm whatsoever to the room.

The room was large with plenty of counter space to work and/or store your things. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great with good water pressure and very hot water. Everything was very clean. The stall was very friendly and helpful.

I would have liked an extra blanket to use. The soap provided was tiny. There was only one roll of toilet paper. I would LOVE a magnified mirror provided to apply make up but that’s just my wish! The room next to me had a dog that whined/howled off and on all night. I love animals but maybe guests with pets should be on a separate floor.
