Great location for where I was heading. The price was good, and the room was spacious and clean. Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Great stay

Breakfast was a little sparse. I was told they serve from 7am-9am. I went down around 7:50am and there were only a few scoops of eggs left, 3 tater tots, and NO sausage. Waffle batter was almost empty as I had to tip it up to get enough batter. They did eventually bring out more sausage, and the food that I had was good.

Hotel was very clean, front desk staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was nice and quiet, I couldn't hear people in other rooms or in the hall. The bed was comfortable and I felt very safe in this hotel.

The water pressure in the shower was very lackluster and the shower head needs to be replaced. When I attempted to turn it to massage, it leaked around the selector. Neither of which is a deal breaker for me, I would definitely stay here again v

I did like that there were more options for breakfast. The staff were very polite and helpful. The manager offered me a bottled water, and I found that very kind.

I did not like that I was unable to checkout with a staff member, and instead I was told to place my key card on the counter. I was also told my “deposit” would go right back to my card upon check in. It didn’t come back to my card until the day after checkout. Please let everyone know that beforehand.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very helpful and professional. They were kind enough to answer my concerns about extending my stay. The hotel was clean and organized. Housekeeping did regular maintenance.

I didn’t like the exit out the parking lot because it has a steep downhill. Some of our Lyft drivers had a hard time with lower car models.

The room was very clean, had all the amenities that I need and lots of tv channels.

The fact that when I went to check out (get a receipt) there was no front desk clerk. A Maintenace person was baby sitting while the cashier supposed was delayed. He did call the owner and the owner said he would have a receipt emailed. That never happened so I had to return to get a copy.

They opened my door before checkout was asleep and had set my alarm to wake up but did not hear the door knocked 😒 was not dressed, but luckily had put on the lock so lady did. Not see me naked

Temperature was a little cold throughout but manageable

The location, room and staff where great 10/10

The second sliding door was broken which means every customer had to slide open/close the door their self

The front desk gentlemen Mr. Williams was awesome! He was cheerful and very helpful. Nice to walk in and he was your first experience. Room was very clean!

More choices for breakfast. The waffles and coffee was very good but not much food at all. Need more items to offer! The employer keeping everything stocked and clean was very nice and helpful!

The breakfast was unsatisfied. Not good at all. Food didn't look good at all. Was really disappointed because I look forward to a good breakfast. Had to go eat elese where.
