Concierge was helpful in letting us do a late checkout and always had a smile on. Valet was wonderful and always had our car ready as soon as we needed it, in and out many times for the same price was excellent! The view was great! Room was very clean and the best was the portable steamer that helped me with my work attire!

I loved all the amenities, however we did not get an introduction to them by the concierge, hence we didnt get to enjoy any; and my group thought the pool was closed when in reality they had table service. We would have taken full advantage of it had we known that

I love the park view , but I didn't sleep well due to gun shots of people Partying in the park parking lot below the hotel. There were several cars lined up , blasting their music and shooting guns from 2-5 am. Another issue was that the power shut off one evening , but the backup generator turned on quickly .

The property is beautiful and the 1st floor staff (Eduardo and team) were amazing in making sure I got settled in properly. The front desk staff (Ben and team) made sure that I had a memorable stay. I did enjoy the spa while I was there and Lanisha gave the best massage I think I’ve ever had. Overall, they helped make my birthday celebration very special and I can’t wait to return!

There is no microwave in the room and the fridge is compartmented in a way that is difficult to store food.

Curated and neat, the hotel rooms are full of pleasant details, the atmosphere is that of a post-modern elegant séjour. The pool offers a grand view, cabanas and cocktail service. Location is great for activities in nature at the bayou and for catching fancy eats in the nearby downtown. Hotel offers a free shuttle service within 3 miles radium, that’s value

Cleanliness, attention to detail, amenities, and staff. Marc and Victor went out of their way to help me plan a birthday for my wife. They decorated our room with rose pedals, lights, and champagne on ice while we were out to dinner. We will definitely come back.... soon.

The location of the property could've been better.

Luxurious and relaxing, while being contemporary and classy. All this with beautiful views and amenities.

There was nothing to dislike

Beautiful hotel! Perfect for a couple's getaway. Loved the peacefulness, we were able to get great sleep then enjoy the panoramic view from our room.

Restaurant seemed understaffed and was running behind. We understood as it had been a holiday week, so we didn't complain.

The property was clean and the view was amazing!

Close by the club we went too. Very nice quality, furniture?

The aesthetics and the staff were all wonderful. The sights from the room and the pool area were beautiful. A must stay in Houston.
