Not exactly in the center, pretty close, but you need to walk past a highway on the way to downtown.

The room was a good size with a large bathroom and very comfortable bed. It was perfect for what we needed. It was spotlessly clean. It had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Breakfast was a good choice from cereals, fruit yoghurt, to cooked eggs and bacon, waffles and replenished often. The location was perfect. Set on the edge of Downtown and residential area where you could walk to great restaurants either way. It is a safe area. Andrew on the check in desk was excellent. He made good recommendations and was very helpful. It also had free parking which was a bonus along with a lovely refreshing pool which we used several times.

Clean room, breakfast being free and available, free parking, the front desk will call your room if you ordered food delivery. Housekeeping cleaning the room and taking out the trash.

The breakfast could've been better. Breakfast was quick to run out. When coming back to the hotel, the parking spaces were blocked by cones. Per the front desk, there was to be a security guard to let the hotel guests in. The first time, the guard was no where to be found and the second time the guard was there. Also I wasn't aware of this occurrence until I return back to my hotel around 10pm. However, I understand the reason for the cones, I would've loved to be aware of this while checking in. The pool looked bigger on the photos however in reality it was small.

This is our new go to hotel when staying in the Houston area. We get a good night's sleep and there is a pool and hot tub with a good view of the city buildings at night. The hotel is close to good food and has adequate parking with late night security. Also, the hotel is located just on the outskirt of the busy downtown area with quick access to everything we wanted and required. We didn't have an opportunity to try to breakfast yet but there is coffee always available and also a limited selection of wine and beer at the drink area. The staff have always been courteous and very knowledgeable about the area of town and activities that are nearby.

Everyone was nice and respectful. Housekeeping came everyday and made your room nice and fresh. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable and soft. They have security that works around the clock to make sure you safe especially at night. They are close to a nice lounge with great food. I cant complain about the hotel, the pool area is even a nice set up. They even had hot breakfast. Thank you to everyone :).

The lobby area was nicely designed and put together. The pool area was awesome! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff and security were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was above average and a good deal for the hotel price. Complimentary coffee is nice!

The $20 parking fee is ridiculous and should be included in the stay price. The breakfast was lacking in some areas (eggs remind me of powdered eggs) but overall no really big complaints.

They charged me $15 to check in 45 min early. I thought that a little excessive.

BW thought of the little things like tooth paste, make-up wipes, etc. The room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly (thank you, Andrew!). Staff tried to accommodate guests as best possible during major power outages in the Houston area due to Hurricane Beryl.

Breakfast buffet was rather basic but enjoyable. May have been due to the fact that we were there during major power outages (Hurricane Beryl). Rooms are not super modern but serve their purpose. Upgrade probably needed in the next 5 years. Room was nice and clean!

I love everything in this hotel. The breakfast is very good, the room is very clean, the location is convenient. They provide free cofee, tea and hot water in the lobby 24 hours that warmed up my heart in the cold winter. Plus the staff is very nice and always ready to provide service. I really appreciate Audrey in the front desk who was always smile and really kind and helpful to everyone.

1. Daily housekeeping. I've been in hotels that charge x5 the price and didn't have good quality, daily housekeeping. 2. Free coffee in lounge and room (the one in the lounge is actually pretty good). Water bottles regularly replaced in the room. 3. Breakfast included (although gets repetitive, could use some variation). 4. Parking is included. 5. Close to almost everything. 6. Rooms are spacious and pretty good, everything seems new.
