Staff was wonderful. Marriot mattresses and linens, pillows are the best! The room was very good, just not exceptional. It did the trick for what we needed during a Thanksgiving visit. Great location in the Heights!

No breakfast provided. Room was very small. No bath, just a shower. Perhaps it was for wheelchair-but shower door/glass wall did not go completely to the end of shower, making it very difficult not to have water spray on the floor.

Stayed because a storm came through. They tell you not to park in the street cause might be towers and then charge you $20 to park in the garage. I booked the very last room they said…so they’re at capacity b/c of the storm. I understand capitalism and making money but when the whole city is without power and folks are in need, I think a discounted parking rate would be not only appropriate, but appreciated

Location was perfect

Got a suite. Room was small. Sofa bed had a TWIN mattress on it. We always get a suite at Marriotts because of the size of the room and the double sleeper soa for the kids. Wasn't impressed with the size of this room or the twin sleeper sofa. Disappointed to say the least

The location was perfect. The staff and hotel was impeccable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean and the rate was beyond reasonable for the area. Very impressed with the hotel. Parking was reasonable per day and garaged with easy elevator access. I'm relocating to Houston and staying here while I get my affairs in order really made my trip stress free and relaxing.

We were in town for a concert. The facility is new and very modern. The pool is great and the location is close to shopping and dining. Omar at the front desk was funny and charming. We had a late check-in, and after a long day, he made us laugh and even remembered us the next day on our way to our concert. A nice touch.

I love this Hotel, its central not far away from Downtown and its super new and modern. All is well maintained. Nice Pool Area. Good Breakfast whit big choice. Rooms are big and perfect equipped. Very quiet AC. Beautiful big shower and best of all, the shower faucet is mounted on the side not directly under the shower head. someone thought along when planning the bathroom.

The staff was really nice, the hotel was clean and modern, the room was very comfortable and the maid did a nice job which we appreciated. There was a nice area in the lobby with tables and chairs to use for eating for working. There was a small/boutique style restaurant that served limited meals as well a alcohol beverages. The adjacent parking garage had plenty of parking. The location was in a quieter location, not in the middle of a heavily traveled street.

For the price I feel a complimentary continental breakfast would have been really nice. I have traveled to many hotels like this one and even a star or 2 lower and a complimentary continental breakfast & coffee was always served for a few hours in the morning.

Breakfast although pretty limited wasn't too bad once it came out. I ordered a bagel and my daughter ordered french toast.

Maybe the little eating/restaurant counter could get more staff to speed up the ordering/cooking process.

The hotel was very nice and in a location that I needed to be. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rates were very high. The parking was on the street or you had to pay $15 for the parking garage. There was no complimentary breakfast or coffee. The coffee maker in the room wouldn't brew.

The car garage, pool and the location. Most of all I love the staff they were top tier 100/10 very nice helped me in every way I needed even showed me great spots to go to in town

They charge you for breakfast I feel as if it should come with the stay just my opinion but not a big deal
