The best thing about this hotel is its pet-friendly environment. It lifted a weight off my shoulders in concern for my dogs. If my two huskies loved it and were accommodated, I'm sure it would be a great fit for anyone else and their fur babies. I love that it is genuinely like a home away from home. They have a kitchen that provides cookware like pots and pans. Understandably you have to get your own seasonings and things like that if you want to do some real cooking. But other than that, they basically gave you your own pet-friendly furnished apartment. 100/10, I love it and would definitely stay again!!

Honestly, I have no complaints!

The location was convenient and the property very beautiful. The inside of the hotel was nice as well. We truly enjoyed the pool!

The breakfast was absolutely horrible! Mini pancakes that stuck together and some burnt. There wasn't much effort put into preparing breakfast for your guests. I've been to cheaper hotels with a much better breakfast selection. Also the bed was nice but your head sinks down while sleeping and your pillows easily slips between the headboard.

Location was great being close to everything and the staff were accommodating and knowledgeable of facilities. If there were concerns there was always someone there to assist. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were nice and quiet and everything encouraged a very independent stay.

Check in was very simple as we booked ahead of time but upon arriving to our original room there was a very strong smell of urine in the air. It was so strong we requested a move to the only room that was available at the time which had one less bed than what we needed. We were thankful for the quick accommodation and were able to move in less than five minutes. Also the new room shower handle was broken (not so safe especially when traveling with children).

Every thing was good.

The only aspect that fell short was the breakfast. There were no suitable options for children aside from cereal. It would have been preferable if items such as pancakes were available for younger guests.

This is our 2nd time staying at The Element Houston Katy. This hotel is very clean and well-kept and our room had everything we needed. The breakfast in the morning was nice touch and was very filling.

The pillows are very very flat so I would bring your own if that is important to you. Towels are very thin as well.

The rooms were clean and met our needs for a three-night stay.

Did not have an extra pillow to provide when asked. We had to have our room key re-keyed on two different days. Also, the location was not great for our needs. It is close to interstates if needed.

The element hotel is located right off the highway, and very close to Costco and many other restaurants and shops. Great for visitors traveling into Houston for events. The hotel was very clean and our room was very large.

The "free" breakfast was not very good, and by the time we arrived downstairs most of the food was gone. We waited for someone to come refilll the food but we needed to get on with our day,

I like The view everywhere is wonderful.

I didn't like when I want change hotel they didn't like returning the money for my account they are press me to pay for Uper extra money and daily long trip.

The location was spot on and close enough to places of interest but far away enough to enjoy peace.

They ran out of face towels and I had to purchase my own to bathe.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very courageous... the room was really big and clean, but the thing that I loved the most was breakfast and all the variety... Definitely staying here again.
