I loved how cozy the rooms were. I loved their pool area , it was closed in and had chairs with tables to sit and enjoy a nice sunny day outside. The lobby area was very nice. They served really good breakfast 🥞🍳. Have a bar area . You can order drinks to your room . They offer a free shuttle to pick you up from the airport and drop you off if needed. The price is worth the stay .

I was kind of disappointed that one of the staff wasn't really helpful . Which were in charge of the graveyard shift . Luckily, they changed shifts and two of the staff solved my issues..

The staff at Clarion Inn in McAllen is absolutely excellent. Liz at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great. David who drove the shuttle was very helpful and also went the extra mile. And Ludy (sp?) who picked me up from the airport was so helpful and courteous - all staff worked hard and did so with a positive attitude and a smile. I would be glad to come back to the Clarion. Also the manager Erik was hardworking and did a wonderful job. Ginnie Berry

I liked everything.

Loved the beds, were super comfy and everything was so clean. There was a variety on the breakfast. The location was ok, super helpful. Parking lot also near and clean.

Had a little prob with the shower, to control the water temp and to open and close it. Also after the breakfast I was trying to use Lobby restrooms and they were out of service.

Excellent ubication, easy check in, great bed comfort, nice parking, the staff at check in was awesome even when they had full occupancy, the pool looked fine but we didn´t use it, the tv channells were fine.

cleanliness wasn´t that good as I expected, there was only one small trash can in the room, the TV control wasn´t ready to operate, the brakefast was just fine, but it could be better. the water was so hot at bath

The restroom doors opening toward the restroom leaving less space. Opinion: door jams backwards not by code but by space

The room was clean and the location was central to the city. The decor was modern and really nice. My daughter had a wonderful time in the room, she is a toddler so it was safe and she could walk freely. I had a great stay and I will be returning.

We liked mostly everything except. We went to celebrate my birthday.

The swimming pool was a bit far from the main hotel. A few bugs in it.

I like everything it was very nice people at the front desk for a really helpful.

We enjoyed having free access to an airport shuttle. The breakfast looked wonderful but we had an early flight so didn’t partake.

Toilet in our room was a little slow to flush.

Every thing was great. It has stairs for second floor. No elevador. Breakfast was great. I was amazed on how many people were having breakfast. This is my 1st time to McAllen. We go to Brownsville and ive never seen so many people at breakfast. Thank You great visit.
