Big rooms, we stayed in the whole apartment and it was great.

They told me they had cribs and when I arrived they told me in the front desk they didn’t; I showed them the message I got from them via online. Three hours later, they asked the hotel next to us (also Quinta) to lent them a pack & play. They solved it, but at first it was not good news.

The staff was very nice, breakfast was good & they changed it up everyday which was great. Rooms very clean and liked the extras like pool and gym...great value for the money and one of my favorite places in the valley thus far. Would recommend to anyone out of town visiting to stay there.

Could have more towels in room instead of asking for them.

Very friendly staff, rooms were very clean and food was great. They had fresh cookies all day and peppermint candy.

That the maintenance person was draining the pool while we were loading our vehicle, and it was all went around our vehicle. I feel they could have attached a hose to drain the water away from the packing area. I know I do with my pool.

Morning breakfast was great room and housekeeping service were great

The only issue I had was every time I dialed out zero for front desk I could not get anyone through so I had to go downstairs but other than that everything else were great

The breakfast was amazing, they changed it for both days and even had menudo as a Saturday option! The rooms were modern with a great appeal. The pool was great. Hotel was pet friendly with a fee. The wifi was fast.

The lobby had a musty smell, like maybe mold growing somewhere? Little confusion at the end regarding pet fee's and when they get charged. Not many bad things to write about.

Nice looking hotel, very comfy bed, good tv channels, complimentary water when we arrived, close to lots of eating places, pet friendly for my small kittens!

At check out time, 11am, our door keys were deactivated immediately so we were unable to walk to car to load luggage and come back in building with the key nor were we able to get back into the room.

We absolutely loved the suite. The only downfall was it wasn't like the photos but we did make it work. The breakfast was really good & it was comfortable.

The only thing we didn't care for was the room not having the suite set up that was in the photos. It showed there'd be a separate room closed off by a door and overall very different set up which we would have preferred due to having a baby on the trip.

The location is excellent close to the freeway and many restaurants. The only thing was the elevator took to long to get back to my room on the 3rd floor. I got on pressed the 3 and it would not move , closed and opened doors and same thing happened just took the the stairs instead.

Only problem I had was the room above us was so noise with kids running and jumping after 11 pm and I couldn't sleep. But the front desk handled it well

Great experience to stay, I really enjoyed with my family to stay there ... the breakfast was perfect with several options to choose and the swiming pool was clean ... definetely I will return to spend more days during my vacations

The parking lot needs to be improved installing some tents to cover the cars
