"D", the front desk person was EXCELLENT!! He was very friendly, thoughtful and professional. He made accomodations for our trailer parking and made sure we got the room that was most comfortable for us. The room was much larger than expected, super clean and well kept. Also, the 2 refridgerators and a microwave were great surprises.

The plug was missing from our bathtub (I'm a huge bath person) I just bought an inexpensive plug from HEB.

The location was just perfect for our vacation adventures we had planned for Padre Island, which was less than a 10 minute drive to the beach, water park, and our favorite restaurants. The motel staff was friendly, helpful and responsive to our room requests in a very timely manner. The cost for our vacation stay was very budget friendly, and the room air conditioner worked very well, which was wonderful in the extreme heat.

The pool was a little small and closed at 10 pm, which was a little too early for our liking, but not a big deal. We still enjoyed it.

I loved everything about this place. It was cheap, as THEY BEAT THE PRICE, as it was $77 for two nights and they beat it as they gave me a month for $300.00 while I am settling and looking for a job for the with an additional night at 56.04, which was great because ROSA was actually understanding with my sudden move and helped me find my footing. THANK YOU!!!!!

I didn't like the gentleman at the front desk, he was rude and sexist, and someone who does not belong in a hotel environment. I believe he was doing things for women and not for men, which he ignored my my engagement for running for President for THIRD PARTY because i mentioned God. However he was handled because ROSA didn't like it either.

i love the customer service from when i walked in staff was helpful. Even walked me to my room. i love the large king size bed, microwave, and refrigerator. they even have an ironing board and iron. the shower is strong and gets hot quick.. you can smell the cleanliness in the sheets. the couch was perfect for me to sit and relax and put on my shoes. the bathroom is very clean. shampoo and soap and towels were perfect and provided. lots of drawers for your clothes. lots of lamps which is a must. tv was perfect and the large variety of channels as well. wifi was great as well. i could always find parking. it is the perfect location before the bridge to south padre island. HEB and walmart are close by. i will only come here again when visiting.

The location is great. On site parking. The property is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

Breakfast for guest is minimal. I would have liked more than Coffee, 2 kinds of cereal, 2 bread choices, peanut butter and jelly for toast, but NO butter. Milk and juice. A Danish or doughnut maybe hard boiled eggs. Could be offered Our shower handle fell off, and the shower head leaked.

Hotel was right on the main hi way and very close to where my son had his trailer. We had a nice 2 day stay with family.

The room was nice and cool when we checked in, but when we came back at night we had to turn off the AC. Bad idea, The floors got damp and our socks got wet. We found out the next morning that the AC was kept on to keep the room dry and the humidity out.

I stayed at Casa Rosa Inn for a night and I had a wonderful experience. The motel is conveniently located near South Padre Beach, Long Island Village Golf, and several restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a microwave, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the pool was refreshing and well-maintained. I also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby.

when checking in i was greeted by a very friendly, courteous, and helpful receptionist, the room was very clean and comfortable, a lot of space to move around in, i really enjoyed having the sofa, desk, and extra fridge which came in handy, the pool area was well kept and everyone seemed to be having a great time, the local restaurants in port isabel are great, i especially liked a tortilleria that served authentic mexican food, the short drive through the causeway to SPI is amazing, you can admire South Padre Island's beauty, it was a great birthday weekend getaway.

Amazing location because it was super close to South Padre Island and only a 20 minute drive to Brownsville where my family lives and who I was visiting. The room was a lot nicer than locations at South Padre that I was looking at. Not to mention that those locations costed a lot more than what I paid here. Furniture was comfy and the pool was a great size and right outside my room. Only complaint is that the room was a bit humid, but the staff here and the AC more than made up for it. Staff was incredibly friendly and more than exceeded every request that my boyfriend and I made. Will recommend and if visiting, will stay here again. Thank you! (:
