Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel was very clean and the location was convenient to the places we were visiting while in town.

Pool hours won't work for us when we bring the grandchildren. It doesn't open until more than half the day is gone, so when staying two nights we can only use it a few hours on Saturday since it closes within an hour of our arrival and doesn't reopen until 1pm the following day. Then it is closed until a few hours past check out on the day of departure. That was the entire reason of finding a hotel with an indoor pool. If I'd seen the hours before the trip I would have booked elsewhere. When it is just adults it works great. The only other negative is the breakfast. No protein, just sugary foods and the cereals were the cheap off brands that the kids wouldn't eat. I tasted them myself and they were awful.

Breakfast was disappointing. No sweet rolls or bagels , no peanut butter or cream cheese, no boiled eggs, no yogurt. This is the "normal" continental breakfast at most lower cost inns, in addition to what Executive did provide...coffee, cereal, waffles, white bread, apple juice. They are a value stay pricewise but could still be a good deal for travelers for a only FEW dollars more on the room rate to cover a decent breakfast.

The staff and ownership of this hotel are fantastic. Definitely some of the best people I have ever met in the hotel business. They extended my stay at the last minute with no problems, and are great about putting me in a quiet area because I'm working nights when I stay there.

The only thing I've encountered is that the curtains didn't wrap quite far enough around the end of the curtain rod so there was a pesky stream of light. Wouldn't be an issue for someone sleeping at night, but because I'm working nights shift and sleeping during the day, it was a pain, but easily solved with a couple short pieces of duct tape.

Lovely swimming pool. We liked having two bedside tables. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, especially the armchair. The shower was easy to operate. We liked having a range of sockets with options for recharging devices. The waffle maker was great to use for breakfast. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful and took the trouble to converse with us.

We thought there was a slight musty snell in the ensuite bathroom. We could not get the basin plug to work. The arm of the desk chair was rather worn. We still highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was nice for the price.

The AC unit emitted a very weird smell. I think the grates and filter needed to be cleaned. And the housekeeping could have done a little better job. There were two dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door when I arrived. Other than that, the floors and bed were very clean. Also, the room needed a lamp on the desk.

The front desk guy knew we were tired after a long day and was so nice and efficient upon check in. the place was really clean and the beds were comfortable. For the price it is a 10/10. the location is easy to get on/off highway but it’s not exactly a nice area but lots of other motels for much higher are right by it.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Well above average in 'looks' throughout. Front desk staff knowledgable, courteous and dressed appropriately (rather than shabby with a bunch of tattoos!). Room was large and very nicely furnished with pictures, mirrors and extra nice furniture. Bed was comfy. Bathroom large with an amazing shower. Nice breakfast w/adjoining sitting area nicely furnished. Price was very competitive. I would SURELY stay here again.

There is not one thing that I did not like!

The staff was excellent. Super Friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the AC worked well!

The breakfast is quite basic, which included cereal and a waffle maker (waffles in the shape of the State of Texas was cool though). I would hope for more options but, truthfully, for the price, steal a great deal.

The room had hardwood floors which are a plus! The bed had a light fleece type blanket instead of a thick comforter which was perfect in the hot summer. The room's A/C worked fantastic! And the pool was nice and cool for us to relax in. The staff were friendly all five days we stayed. We paid a cash deposit and were able to get it back immediately after a quick check of the room!

Breakfast options were slim. Would have liked more hot options besides just waffles and oatmeal. The hot tea machine did not work but they did have a sign that said 'sorry supply chain issues'.

This Inn is a little gem. It is older, but the rooms are nicely appointed and mine was very clean. My bed was very comfortable too. I liked that the rooms are only accessible via going through the lobby. That is comforting to someone traveling alone. The front desk was helpful and very courteous. This is going to be my go-to place every time I'm in Wichita Falls. A++

There seemed to be a glitch between Booking.com and the hotel about my reservation. The Executive Inn took care of things and got me settled in quickly. I appreciated their excellent customer service.
