The waffles were the best! The weight room was well stocked. The bed was comfortable.

Our room was 101. It is next to the side doors. When both doors close they slam very loud in that room and we couldn’t sleep after 6 am when other people started leaving. A soft door closer would be good or some way to soften the blow. We had room 200 (?) at first but the fan was really loud so we changed rooms. The front desk woman was very nice to get us to get us different room. Some parts of the hotel seemed old for such a steep price.

Had s great time. Pool was warm and clean. There seamed to be two bigger bosses, possibly the Hotel Manager and the assistant..... The dude didn't seem to know much nor did he seam to care if we were happy or able to get working KeyCards even.... the female on the other hand was very helpful. She showed true compassion about our problem and was eager to help/solve any issues.... she even followed me to my room 3 times to let me on and show me what I may have been doing wrong.....

Location to restaurants and Thanksgiving point were perfect. The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. Went for a walk to get coffee every morning and didn't see a single homeless person and no trash in the streets. Really nice area.

More fruit choices for the breakfast. Very simplistic breakfast. I just wish there were a bit more options like fresh fruits and proteins.

The breakfast was very good and provided items for all types of diets, but I did miss fresh bananas. I loved the fireplace in the entry, a friendly agent to help me and hot tea and chocolate available on the cold days that we stayed. We had an issue with our TV and it was fixed promptly.

A few more towels in my room and the room seemed pretty small but it worked fine.

Breakfast not so good, coffee not so good,..but I like the room, fridge bath tub, microwave. Was helping a friend with medical appointments and Nichole, Jelena and Allie Green made my visit so wonderful and accommodating to help my friend have a spa like experience while using my bookings and Hampton Inn accounts and reps to make it a caring environment during these scary times.

Breakfast and coffee

Great location, nice breakfast, linens smelled clean, plenty of shower gel/shampoo/conditioner in the full size bottles, friendly staff, pretty comfortable beds.

There was old gum on the carpet (use Googone to remove), there was liquid seeping out from the base of the toilet, the shower knob didn’t fully stop the water from coming out through the tub spout, and we never had anyone come make beds/tidy up while we were there.

This hotel is near perfect and I rate it A+ - Very large, luxurious room with a nice view of the mountains to the East, wonderfully comfortable bed and fluffy pillows, nice seating area, large bathroom with large walk-in shower and a great breakfast buffet in the morning!

Minor thing was that the lavatory drained very slowly and the area was dead (all restaurants closed) but it was a Sunday night.

Breakfast good, staff excellent - the pool door needs to be repaired - pool was great too - staff had good attitude and veryhelpful - we were pleased with our stay - even though the air conditioner was a bit noisy.

STAFF were GREAT!

The staff were very helpful. They all went out of the way to make us feel special and welcome. Breakfast was delicious.

The internet was down on and off throughout the first day.

The room was large, sparkling clean, extremely comfortable. I used the gym, which was very well equipped. Excellent hotel at a good price! I'd definitely go back in the future.

Breakfast was good, but some extra choices would have been nice.
