Clean comfortable room, updated, nice bathroom. Houlihan Restaurant connected so that was convenient. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel was nicely decorated and the pool and hot tub were awesome!

Would have liked a coffee tea station in the lobby. We had to tell the front desk that the garbage cans by the front door were overflowing, they should monitor that. I didn't think to mention the lighting until the survey asked, but the "cool" Edison bulbs and the lack of real shades to show them off leaves the light glaring. Just a personal preference.

Like the size of the room, staff was very friendly and helpful. location was awesome close to all the attractions. Cozy and quiet.

This is nick picking but the refrigerator was a little wobbly and in the bathroom, it was a used roll of toilet paper. Not sure if you all place fresh rolls when turning over the room

My second stay here & the customer service is amazing. Kelly is amazing, very professional, and helpful. The property is always clean. We needed an extra blanket / towels and it was brought up right away. Anytime I visit Front Royal Va , Doubletree By Hilton will be my first choice.

The final price on Booking.com and at Doubletree were not the same and we got charged a lot more at the hotel. But we called and worked with them and supposedly it has all been worked out so that what we paid now matches the final price given on the booking.com receipt.

Fantastic & friendly staff! Warm cookies at check-in… and check-out! The hotel location was convenient. The pleasant restaurant staff served amazing breakfast (our room fee included breakfast). The restaurant had a great Happy Hour which was hopping every night. The beds were very comfortable.

Although the WiFi was fast/efficient, the hotel room lacked USB outlets that we have come to expect in high-end hotel chains. And no Gideon bible to be found anywhere in the room?!

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were nice and spacious. It was nice and welcoming walking into the room and seeing my name on the TV when I turned it on. Made us feel welcomed as guests!

The room had no view out the window, not even partially. Looking out, you could only see the roof over the front of building holding the hvac units (I believe that's what they were?) and pipes.

Very friendly staff, great location not far from the highway but far enough that you couldn’t hear it, right next to a golf course. I like golf.

Nothin dawg I don’t care about free breakfast so this place was just fine for me.

Location perfect; very close to my Front Royal destination. Front desk staff exceptionally knowledgeable of the facility and the area, customer-service oriented, friendly, and responsive. Facility, including my room, was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was great, the room was clean and spacious, and the amenities were perfect.

Breakfast could have been better. The servers were unprepared and slow, the food came out cold the first time. Just a little more effort to having the right trained staff and this place is a 10!

Sarah was very helpful, pre trip, and took very good care of us, as we were on an anniversary trip. The location was convenient and beautiful.
