The TV’s are outdated, the drapes/curtains though the entire building is outdated. No lounge where you can get a glass wine or cocktail, no room service, need to renovate the entire place and overpriced I paid over $500 for 2 nights

Great location. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful with providing good places to eat. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Free wifi and parking were very good. The free breakfast was ok. I would recommend this hotel and if Richmond again I will be staying here.

The hotel is just a mile off the Interstate and is neatly maintained. The breakfast spread was also pretty good. There was the usual cereals, scrambled eggs, pork sausage, biscuit, gravy, cinnamon roll, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. The coffee was decent too. We stayed here just for the night on our road trip and would definitely choose it the next time around too. Microwave ovens in the room was a nice surprise for the price.

I arrived late at night and Parking lot lights were out. Did not feel safe. I did report it to the staff.

It's a nice, clean and welcoming hotel! Shakira, the desk clerk, is a superstar. ⭐ I can't say enough good things about her! Great customer service is very rare these days so she's an extra treat for the hotel's guests! I got to experience this as she made the late night check-in process painless! 😁 I walked in feeling cranky because of the unexpectedly long trip. But by the time I opened our room's door, I was laughing and smiling with my family,. Um...the same family I wanted to leave in the car - on top of the car, or whatever - overnight - just a few minutes earlier, LOL. 😉 I think she sensed my mood and was even more so accommodating. What a great price for the room AND it was soooo comfortable! We will definitely stay there again. 👍

Getting through the parking lot. It was poorly lit and not marked to direct guests to the lobby. This needs work property management/owners!!!

Breakfast was ample, something for everyone. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Easy access to the highway and close to the facility we were visiting both days.

Nothing I disliked. It was clean enough and basically comfortable.

Despite the fact that Booking.com failed to notify the Holiday Inn of our reservation, the staff made sure that we were accommodated. They were very pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was a great offering with many choices.

There was no choice for low fat or gluten free breakfast items.

The breakfast was nice, their were many options to choose from and items were hot and well presented on the buffet stations

I was kept waiting for almost 2hrs to check-in because my initial payment was not processed properly. I had my 13 year old daughter with me who was very tired and upset. We made several calls to the third party and was disconnected. Eventually my reservation was honored and I was checked in.

Very clean facility with friendly staff. Average for HI Express hotel, but still good breakfast with variety of items. Free parking and enough space for all guests. reasonable rate. Did not use the pool, but it was available. Quite and efficient AC unit in the room. Have no regrets, that I stayed in this place

Provide plastic knives, forks and spoons at the front desk for use with frozen dinners sold at the front desk.
