I saw no breakfast - there was a makeshift table in the lobby that seemed to have coffee machines, but I saw no food.

The first day, the cleaners didn't come to clean my room until late afternoon when I was getting dressed for dinner. The second day they came to the room next to mine around 10 am, but refused to clean my room. I insisted, and the man who seemed to be in charge of the crew phoned someone in management, and my room was cleaned. I was insulted to be treated that way - and if there was a legitimate reason, no-one ever said. After that I just kept the do not disturb sign on my door for the rest of the week to avoid having to beg for cleaning.

Jeanette, down at the restaurant, was exceptional and made our breakfast dining experience memorable. Elliot at the front desk was so very accommodating and welcoming. The whole staff was really pleasant. Our family loved the bar, nighttime entertainment, pool, breakfast and the ambiance! We will be visiting again and we can’t wait, especially for more of those yummy cookies!

The size of the room I enjoyed... also the couch was so comfortable and modern. Walking distance to restaurants. Great location, not located in a congested or high traffic area. The room was very quiet. Even though it was full of kids staying for a soccer weekend.

Except for the construction,, Everyone was pleasant especially Jeanette in the dining area she was professional and she always had a smile on her face, big KUDOS to Jeanette!

Construction was right in the middle of the lobby it wasn't noisy. It was just there!

Front desk staff was awesome. Super friendly and made the stay pleasurable. The cookies are a classic and atill the best. Breakfast was one of the best I have had in comparison to others. Big shout out to Jeannette who went above and beyond and was super friendly! Rooms were spacious

This is a great place to stay. They are close to the hospital. Which is what we were there for. The staff was great and very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I hope to stay here again.

Convenient to our meeting location

Required a $40 charge for incidentals even though I prepaid for the room before arrival. There should have been no additional charge for incidentals upfront. Most hotels only put the card on file should their be any incidental charges, but since there is not in-room beverages or snacks this charge was completely unnecessary.

The room was nice and clean and quiet

I don't like the fact that the room that I booked was not what I asked for and my reservation was canceled so I had to get what they had left and I had to pay more.

The staff was amazing. I forgot the man’s name but as soon as I came thru the door he greeted me & asked me would I like any cookies or bottle of water. The check in was quick He even gave a list of all the near by restaurants. My ol lady was sick so that was the purpose & I thought that showed a lot of hospitality. I will be booking again at this location very soon ✅✅✅

Room was super clean and comfortable, up to date and great lobby lounge.
