AMAZING staff and proprietor! VERY clean comfortable and spacious room. The mini refrigerator and wet bar. Separate table/desk. No microwave though. The bedding was amazing! Scenic outdoors. The best part...my stay was very peaceful! Almost tranquil. That lead to good night rest.LOVED IT!
Overnight parking fee. At least lower the fee. That would help. Also, ensure the evators work a little more consistently

The location, it was convenient for our need. Clean, had a decent free breakfast.
The fact that we had to pay an extra $9. It's not the money, it's just the principle of it. If this was in a downtown setting where parking is scarce and a luxury, I would have understood, but that certainly wasn't the case, and there were plenty of spots. I'll think twice before booking with Hyatt again based on how we were told most locations are going to start charging for the parking. The only other thing was that the shower was a little tight

Breakfast was good. A little crowded but expected for a sold out hotel. I love the shower. The water was consistently hot the entire time. It was quiet which was exactly what I was looking for.
The side door. I had to park around back and tried to use the side door to avoid walking all the way to the front because of the rain and my card key would not work on that door. I believe it’s broken. I tried to add my firestick to the tv so that I could watch my apps and it wouldn’t work on the tv. It just kept buffering.

Location was OK, however I did hear two gun shots around midnight from the property next door. Not very comforting.
You are already charging $200 per night. Not sure a $9 charge is warranted. I've been a Diamond member with Hilton/Hampton and never paid a parking fee. It's really a Hassel after a long day on the road to muddle through the QR code. Just add it to my bill if you must.

Everything about our stay was exceptional EXCEPT THE $9 DOLLAR PARKING FEE!! That alone will have us look for the same amenities and service in another hotel MINUS the parking fee. It would be a first choice place to stay without that parking fee. Staff was amazing. Very professional and friendly.
The $9 DOLLAR PARKING FEE!! Either encapsulate it into the room cost or do away with it all together. No microwave was also a thumbs down.

Location was great to stores and to the soccer fields. The breakfast staff were very nice and kept breakfast out later for girls with earlier games. They also helped us. My room was a great size with two full beds and a separate living area. Plenty of space. Everything was clean.
The pool wasn't open for the girls/teams staying at the hotel. Would've been nice to have a place to go between games especially on the hot day.

The breakfast was good, it would have been nice to have eggs, grits, toast, etc.
Extra process to pay for parking. Parking should be included in the total price. Old carpets need to be replaced with non carpet floors. Short toilets need to be replaced with chair height toilets.

Breakfast was pretty good (not exceptional) and free, and the room quietness seemed better than most hotels. The bed was quite comfortable.
Carpets throughout the hotel needed vacuuming, including our room when we first arrived. I think a hotel in a suburb of a small city should have free parking.

We stayed in a very clean and well maintained room. The breakfast was very good, and the service staff was attentive to bring out any items that we requested.
There was an issue with the heating/cooling in our room and we were offered a new room which had the same cooling problem. We opted to stay in our room and the maintenance staff came to address the issue.

Everything was quite satisfying. We had no complaints.
2 things I would suggest ... 1) have coffee available most of the day 2) all toilets should ADA compliant.
