Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms and common areas were free of smoke odors. Felt safe.

Wash sink located outside bathrooms. Fresh paint job and LED lighting throughout the facility including remodeling main lobby decor will brighten up the mood and overall experience. Exterior landscaping to include grass and flowers will liven up the property and add warmth to overall customer experience. Limited breakfast menu was also disappointing.

It was cheap, no damage deposit (I strongly dislike dealing with deposits as there is always an issue getting it back in my bank). Pretty close to the city, about a 10 min drive to the water front. Still far enough away so avoid the noise. Now the place does look sketchy but we had no issues at all during our stay and my kids loved the pool!

Like I said the area itself is a little off putting but again. Had no issues. The fire alarm went off randomly twice in the middle of the night. That's about the worst of our stay and really that's no big deal

Considering what a value we got, I was amazed at such a lovely breakfast. The pool was perfect to wear out my children for a good night's sleep. Beds were comfortable. check in and out were fast and easy.

This facility is just a bit worn down. So furniture, fixtures and walls are going to show their wear. However, I found that to be more than reasonable considering the price of the stay.

we came in on a late flight and booked the stay as we were taxiing toward the terminal. We were very glad they had room to take us on such short notice. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was minimal but enough to get us going for the day.

I am gluten free and dairy free and it would be nice to have a couple of options beyond instant oatmeal, although I was grateful for that option. A g-free pastry, bread for toast, or hard boiled eggs could work.

Comfortable room had everything I needed in it, in a clean and restful package. The free shuttle service to and from the airport is always helpful. Really decent breakfast I wished I'd had more time for.

The location feels like it's in the middle of a collection of truck stops. If you're hoping for a restaurant, well, there are, but they're not good. I settled for McDonald's. There is a gas station/convenience store within walking distance that stocks a fair range of food and drink, so if you don't mind a little walk, you can have a nice little dinner in your room.

The room was a pleasant surprise from the entrance. Hallway smelt like smoke and dated, but the room clean and comfortable

Generally just the side entrances need to be cleaned and kept more secure as the door was not shut when we arrived

I loved that you had a pool. The Grandkids wanted this. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and someone is always available.

I do not think I did not like anything. This is a great stopping place for our needs. I enjoyed our stay. We would have loved to be able to soak in a hot tub after driving all day. That would be nice.

the hot tub wash not working, no jets.. I booked here because it had a Hot tub. was very that upset that it was only a warm bath tub.

Just off the freeway on the west side of Spokane, near airport. Continental breakfast available at 6:30 for early risers.

A bit pricey for what you got, however Spokane is generally more expensive per night than other locations.

They provided a decent breakfast, better than most motels of their price range. The room was inexpensive, but it was comfortable enough.

The location was on the outskirts of the city, probably with little security. The vehicle parked right next to us had its driver's window smashed in, an incident which caused us to be diligent in watching over our own belongings.
