I was at first scared cuz upon entering you could tell the Air Conditioning was not working but thankfully it was only the main facility air conditioning. Upon entry to room the AC was working just fine and set at a nice crisp 60°. Staff was super courteous, I even got my requests fulfilled! We went for a surgery for my wife and I requested a first floor room and early check in and I was accommodated to both. The initial person I spoke with at 5am did not however pass the info along but thankfully I called again and the front desk receptionist was such a great help. Even asked how my wife was doing the next day! The room was nice and tidy, clean, and even close to an exit! Complimentary breakfast was delicious, always a great experience at Holiday Inn!

Property was in excellent condition, the room was quite and the continental breakfast was very good.

We were in room 240 and were bothered by the light across the courtyard on the outside of the swimming pool building. It was on all night shining into our room. The curtain was not opaque so did little to block the light. They should install a curtain that totally blocks the light from outside like in many other motels.

Very accommodating! Very friendly and helpful! Best thing is I had to extend my stay and I dint have to change rooms! This is the best! Especially since hampton could not accommodate me! I'm blessed this hotel came through in a crunch! Tough time in my life. My dad was flown here for open heart surgery and this hotel was awesome!

Need waffles foe breakfast instead of pancakes.

Holiday Inn very dependable for consistency at airport hotels and this one no exception. Had an early flight so no chance to try the complementary breakfast.

We advised in advance that we needed a 4:45 am shuttle and when we checked in at desk were told 4:45-5:30am shuttles reserved for airline crews staying at hotel. If I had been told in advance, I might have selected a different hotel.

Convenient, clean, and comfortable.

The price was very high. I know it’s during graduation time but the price was almost double the regular price! It was a bit much. Also, the shower was extremely slippery. I almost had a very bad fall but was able to catch myself. They should definitely put something on that shower floor before someone gets hurt.

Convenient for our trip and it was quiet even though it’s located near the freeway and airport. We especially liked that it had a shower in the bathroom instead of a tub you needed to step into.

The breakfast was fair. The eggs rubbery and the cinnamon rolls were cold and seemed leftover from days previous.

I thought everything and everyone was great! The staff was particularly nice and helpful with our event and made sure our training materials were safe and sound. I also liked the shuttle service and how flexible the staff was.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

I liked how close to the airport it was. It was clean. Beds were close. Last minute, I had to add another room and i appreciated the front desk giving me another room at a discounted rate and next to the rest of the party's room.

The free breakfast was good. They gave great medical discounts and was very accommodating! Their beds are extremely comfortable and nice linin.

nothing really, the location maybe is not ideal but it was still workable for hospital travel.

The breakfast was absolutely horrible. Literally the food was inedible. I watched quite a few people throw their entire meals into the garbage.
