The hotel staff was dealing with hot water heater going out in part of the hotel from earlier in the day even though he just came on shift. He was also dealing with a guest who was unhappy with the lack of hot water and wanted her money. The hotel staff handle the situation with decorum and professionalism by giving the lady another room and letting the manager know of the complaint. In addition, he let me verify that there is hot water in the room assign to me before paying. With the lower cost of hotel price compared to other hotel and the lower review score, I was concerned that my stay won't be pleasant. Quite the opposite in fact. My stay was pleasant and quite. My family room was above the office. The noise outside in the parking lot and in hallway was normal level noise. The beds were comfortable and the shower clean.

My one complaint would be to add 2 more pillows to each beds. :)

There were a ton of signs that suggested to me that the location was unsafe. Signs reminding us to take all of our belongings inside... stuff like that. I got the impression upon arrival that it might be a sketchy motel, but the only thing that made me question my safety was the signs.

Easy check in room is clean a/c and heat work great. The staff do a good job of creating a relaxed setting. Alot of hotels make you feel uncomfortable like your always doing something wrong or your just waiting for the bomb to drop because they make it a point to try to find a reason to upcharge your credit card or take your incidentals deposit. At Motel 6 West they are always there if you need help with something but otherwise they leave you alone to relax and enjoy your stay. I don't feel like I'm being stalked or spyed on.

Quick and easy check in friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and linens great staff who work the front desk and in housecleaning services, great parking and no problems or drama at this location.

The 50$ deposit is taking a long time to get back in to my account since I checked out. 😒😠Other than that no complaints

The owners are the nicest people I have ever met. They want us all to feel welcome and happy. Wonderful place to stay!

They always have a good amount of rooms available. Each time I’ve asked to be on the bottom floor they are more than willing to accommodate me!!

This last time I just didn’t like that there was a heavy perfume smell in the room. But other than that I liked the whole thing

It was good for relaxing and I really got what I wanted rest .

That the don’t save breakfast is a turn off no refrigerators in the rooms. Or a microwave. To warm food

Good value. Nice staff and good breakfast available. The beds were pretty comfortable and overall this was a good overnight hotel.

The area felt super sketchy. There were people walking through the parking lot. We brought everything in from our car and parked it as close as possible to the building.

This place was and has always been good to me

That my people I usually deal.with weren't there I've spent more than 3000 dollars here and would have loved the convienance of them but it was still superb

The staff did everything they could to make our stay more that enjoyable. My kitties ESA animals thank you all so much for the extra effort & Love!!!
