Clean & new. Nice lounge in lobby. Great location to walk everywhere.

Such a friendly front desk staff and valet at check in. Everyone made us feel so welcomed! We were so impressed with our king room! So clean! It was easy to see that extra care was taken ! We slept comfortably !

I cannot say enough good things about the AC Hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Very helpful with recommendations on what to do near by (I was not driving) and places to eat. And everything the staff recommended was great! The property was SO clean, I had been told this was a new location/building. So definitely had that new shiny building feel. The location was perfect for someone who was walking. I was able to walk down to the Pike Market, the museum, and then up to Capitol Hill. Lots to do nearby.

I love the convenience of the location. I felt like the area was relatively safe, and the building was secured. I couldn't believe how quiet it was inside the room. I didn't hear any strange or loud noises from the inside. The building is beautiful and modern inside and out. Our room was small but beautiful and clean, big enough for the two of us. The breakfast (which I usually don't eat at hotels) was actually delicious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I have no complaints. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I come to Seattle.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Hotel shows very well, with beautiful spacious rooms. The staff were excellent, including the check-in desk and lobby area. We also were provided with a very early check-in which was much appreciated. Location was very handy as well. There were also a couple of excellent take-out options nearby for baked goods, breakfast snacks etc.Would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

At this price, having breakfast included would have provided better value.

Very clean and new. Loved the openness of the lobby and the bar area. Very nice room.

The only downside is the tight parking situation. Basically it is something you would battle anywhere in downtown Seattle, but the staff were helpful in giving us the way to park in the lot across the street.

The front desk people and the barman were very nice. Also, very modern.

In general was clean, but it could be better. More attention to details.

Easy walk to convention center. Staff exceptionally helpful. Got a great deal with parking price.

Needed it cooler in the room. Box fans would be nice. We had no idea maid service was every other day.

Clean and felt secure inside hotel

Wasn’t told about hotel being in a bad neighborhood and to watch where car is parked if using street parking. If you charge $65 a night for parking, the customer should know why. Our car was stolen right after we checked in to hotel.
