The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean. The front desk manager Ms. Melissa Stephens is very helpful and always accommodating to make us feel home.
The arrangement of the flooring is confusing. The reception desk is on the top 16th floor so many new guests may be confused once they step in the hotel.

The room was terrific, with a nice view of both the city and the sea. Room service was prompt. Almost everything, restaurants, tourist places, shops, is within walking distance. The valet service, although a bit expensive, is very convenient.
Unlike what was mentioned when booking the room, there was no mini bar, and some of the restaurant's chairs were not very comfortable. We would have preferred a buffet for breakfast. Breakfast is expensive and not really included, unlike what was mentioned at booking, since only $30 per person is refunded, while a simple order costs double. There is a lack of information regarding car parking options.

We ate breakfast at Charlotte all three mornings we were there. We also ate dinner there one night. The food was very good, but the service was impeccable. Outstanding breakfast service from Tomiteo (2X) and a tall Asian gentleman whose name we didn’t get. Outstanding dinner service from Gene as well. Also need to mention Nick, Antoine and Yea Soo at the front desk - all warm and welcoming . And a final shout out to Arthur, who made recommendations that were perfect (e.g., the Calder exhibit at the Seattle Art Museum). I can tell you I read “Unreasonable Hospitality” twice and the staff embodies the same culture of excellence. Last note… my wife and were so impressed we booked a stay at the Lotte hotel in Chicago. Bravo!
Nothing comes to mind.

The supreme King suite was very clean comfortable, and the view was spectacular. I loved waking up in the morning with the view overlooking the city. The marble bathroom was spacious and luxurious, and I especially liked the mirrors throughout the entire room. Nice touch mirrors make the room look larger Also I’m not sure if the rooms above and below and beside us were empty or full with other guest, but I didn’t hear anybody in other rooms around us no Plumbing noises no talking no TV just silence except for the city, which was a quiet muffle, which was nice. Peaceful and relaxing we enjoyed your facility very much. To all the staff who make that happen we thank you.
I have no complaints

Very nice hotel and lovely room with a very comfortable bed. We were on the 14th floor with a bay view. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. Appreciated having a mini fridge, coffee and tea service in room. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the setting was very nice. We will definitely stay again when in Seattle.
The lighting in the bathroom could be improved and the parking rate was very high so we found alternative parking. This is not the fault of the hotel but the location doesn’t have much around it so we took ubers to restaurants. There is a Starbucks across the street but it is closed on Sunday.

The staff is incredibly friendly, the lounge is a large space with comfortable seating areas and good small plate food offerings, and the restaurant has a creative menu. The rooms are eclectic, clean, and very spacious! The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to museums, the Space Needle, Pikes Place Market, dining, and shopping. I’ve stayed here twice and would give it a high recommendation.
There’s nothing I didn’t like about this property.

Very nice location. Great room and layout. Loved the view and the staff were very nice. One of the nicest buildings of any hotel in Seattle, I loved the huge windows looking out on the city.
Photos of room showed a shower wand in addition to the rainfall head, but my room did not have one. The rainfall head by itself was a little inadequate. The Christ-themed artwork in the room was heavy-handed and not appropriate. Better wayfinding to find the front desk is needed, especially with the parking restrictions at the entrance (why is check in on the top floor and not in the lobby!?)

I stayed in the Deluxe King Room with Bayside view and the room and the view were both perfect. No complaints at all. The hotel in general is so beautiful and stylish, with such lovely views from all sides. Everything was super clean and the staff were so friendly!!
The location wasn’t the best - it’s about a 15-min walk to Pike Place Market but I hadn’t realised that the downtown area is really quiet and unfortunately there are quite a lot of homeless people hanging about.

Staying at the Lotte Hotel was truly and simply a great experience for me and my girlfriend. Location was great, ambience was modern, clean, and cozy throughout the hotel, and the room we got was excellent. However, none of this would matter if not for the excellent service we got from Gladys at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and professional attention. She helped me with recommendations for local points of interest, jewelry shops, and other accommodations. She was incredibly helpful with room service requests, housekeeping requests, and she genuinely helped our vacation start off on a great note. Thank you Gladys for helping us feel welcome and well accommodated!

The room had a beautiful view and a really nice bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and it was nice and clean
It’s a bit overpriced for the room. Thought it would be bigger with more amenities
