It was a clean comfortable room, check in was easy and curious, and very accommodating.

The pillows offered zero support which caused a considerable amount of pain that kept me awake. The extra charge for parking was very disappointing. Another nickel dime tactic by corporate that will drive customers away. I for one will not return knowing that I will have to pay for parking too.

Free Wi-Fi. The manager went out of her way to resolve a problem with the booking charge. Room was comfortable and close to the airport, which was the reason for choosing the location.

Had to wait quite a while for booking,com to respond concerning a 12-cent difference in the room rate.

The entire staff - regardless of their job was so friendly. I enjoyed my stay here. I recommend this hotel. Itbwas also clean. It was perfect.

I didn't like paying for parking.

The trains at night and air con loud. Salmon was dry.

The location was very convenient, with nearby shopping and restaurants.

The hotel rooms seem a bit dated. A refresh is definitely needed.

Comfortable beds

It’s name is to similar to another courtyard airport hotel and took me to the wrong one

Very Clean, spacious, quiet and the staff is fantastic.

I think if I stay their next time, I will get a room in front of hotel. Ony because you can hear the train that runs behind of the hotel. It didn't bother my wife but woke me up a couple times.

Lack of dinner service even though there was a restaurant on site. Lack of staff to take food orders. The way the limited staff addressed customers for dinner service.

Staff were really friendly and good with my 2yo. Food was really good, (pizza much smaller than expected given the price). Bed was comfy and the room was big enough for my little one to run around

Would have been nice if parking and breakfast was included in the price like the Hilton. Food portions were small.
