As a female traveling solo for business, I don't feel safe staying in SeaTac anymore - even if I'm just there a night before flying out, so I decided to try out Tukwila for this trip. While Tukwila has its own safety concerns, I felt fairly safe at this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and close enough to the airport that I could catch a very early flight without having to drive more than a few minutes. The WiFi was excellent - good for video conferencing. The breakfast was good...nice variety (eggs, pancakes, sausage, cereal, yogurt, juices, fruit, etc). As someone with Celiac's, I would have loved to see a dedicated gluten-free option or two, but I never expect that and always have some backups with me. All in all, it was a positive stay for my purposes.

You can catch the Green River Trail right behind the hotel parking lot, which I took advantage of using for exercise one sunny afternoon. Sadly, there was quite a bit of trash around, and I ran by several people who were openly injecting drugs and yelling pretty obscene threats at me. I also observed someone publically defecating on the other side of the river (which is similar to what I see when I'm staying downtown tbh). None of these incidents occurred on the hotel property or were even visible from the property so definitely NOT a reflection of the property, but I thought I'd mention it in case there are people who are thinking of getting out for a walk or run on that trail while staying at the property. Use the treadmills or walk on the main streets instead!

Clean. Convenient. Spacious. Free breakfast.

Staff, TV and WiFi turn off in middle of the night of check-out. Why? Can’t watch news in am. Can’t access internet for flight info or any number of things needed. Checked out at 7am. You couldn’t let me have internet for an hr in the am? And the staff were not happy to be there. No one smiled. No one seemed ok with being asked questions. Location right next to freeway. So road traffic was loud. And walls seemed thin, heard every person walking halls, doors closing seemed like they were slamming, and just weird noises like hot water pipes clanging and clicking. Just weird …

The location was convenient to the SeaTac airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport. Our room was modern, clean, and comfortable. It included an in-room Keurig with Starbucks coffee. The free breakfast was also quite good. The hotel was right next to a river trail for jogging/walking/etc. It was also a short walk to a shopping mall with a food court, which was very handy for dinner.

The elevator required the room key to go upstairs. Also the lights inside the hotel room needed the hotel key card to be inserted to work. I wondered about the safety of the surrounding area since the elevator wouldn't leave the ground level without key card access.

Clean, comfortable, fairly quiet for being so near the airport. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Close to a huge mall with lots of options for food. Loved having access to the shuttle for transportation to the mall and the airport.

I did not like the morning female shuttle driver. Did not help with my bag. I sat behind her to her right and witnessed her foot barely able to reach the gas pedal. She was constantly moving herself up in the seat. She did not act comfortable driving the van. I would not ride with her again. She did get my suitcase out of the vehicle by literally yanking it down and letting it fall to the ground. Loved the evening shuttle gentleman. He was very friendly, unlike the woman driver.

Very clean and comfortable. Room and bathroom was large enough for a family of 4. Interior and exterior of property is clean and modern. Check in was fast and easy. Staff was really nice. Breakfast available was typical breakfast foods. Dining room is large with lots of table and chairs. Hotel is very close to Westfield Mall, which has lots of restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

Sink and bathtub drainage was slow so the water level would rise while showering. Close to the road so you can hear the cars if you leave the window open.

This property is close to the South Center Mall and many more shopping and dining outlets. It is easy to get to from either I5 or through surrounding neighborhood via Apple Carplay and Google Maps apps in your car. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The free breakfast for us and our granddaughter we had taken for a back to school shopping trip was very good. This is a newer property and as such is not an ex-smoking hotel that has been converted to non-smoking and all the stink that always seems to stay in those kinds of hotels.

Quite frankly nothing. The South Center Mall plus other smaller strip mall stores is minutes away and there are lots of restaurants in the area.

The facilities were extremely clean and the staff was very professional and friendly. I was especially grateful and pleased when the shuttle driver (Angie) stayed beyond the cutoff time to pick up my daughter and mother-in-law at the airport. So very thankful for her kindness and extra effort!!

Absolutely nothing!!

front desk lady was professional and sid not get flustered when the line got long. She helped arrange a second room near our first room, and she quickly was able to retrieve a package I had delivered to the hotel. All the time she was smiling and pleasant. loved that you needed your key card to get on the elevators. I felt extra safe.

Nice, modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast included, location near large mall and close to major arterial routes and SeaTac Airport. Room was clean, bright and airy and the bed very comfortable.

One of the two lifts was out of service throughout our stay.

Breakfast was excellent, they had eggs, sausage, a cool pancake maker, and well stocked fridge. They also had a water and coffee station that you can use even after the breakfast/time area is closed. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. Location was a 10 minute walk to the Westfield Mall, close to Target, and other restaurants.
