The location was great; the restaurant and breakfast services (and that staff) were super; the housekeeping was superb; and parking was OK. The receptionist named Brittany (a new hire) was very accommodating and friendly, to the point where she quickly dragged out a long broom, went with me to my car, and swept underneath to retrieve the remote to the car I'd dropped, which then ended up beneath the car!

I thought that, in general, there wasn't enough help at the front reception desks, the morale didn't seem very high, and the receptionists were, perhaps, tasked with doing too much. I thought also that perhaps turnover was high in those positions because of pay vs responsibilities. The reception area is the "front door" of the hotel, and the Garden Hilton could do BETTER, besides sending the money up to "the top" somewhere!

I loved how the hotel is right on the water with the bike loop out the back door, easy 10 min walk to down town over the bike bridge. The rooms and buildings is modern, large glass shower, open spaceish rooms, the "restaurant/bar" was nice had good food and drinks

Not a lot of amenities for the price, cable TV in the rooms and you have to have a Hilton account to use the wifi but those are small things, the bed was a basic firm mattress, cheaper hotels like holiday inn has comfier beds. pool was small, so 3 families makes it crowded, hot tub was out of service

Excellent location next door to the Pybus Market. Several shops inside with a great Pizza place called "Fire". There is a farmers market on Saturdays that was fun with local produce and and vendors. Beautiful view of the river, excellent walking trail directly in front of the hotel. Location was near the historic downtown( 2 blocks up) with many eateries and shops. Hotel was very clean and comfortable.We will definelty stay here again.

The suite was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the view of the river was lovely. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel's location was excellent. We were right next to the Public Market and just a couple of blocks away from dining and shopping on Wenatchee Ave.

The lighting in the room was terrible. There were only a handful of lamps and they were very dim. For such a huge room, they really need more lighting throughout. I also hated the pillows; they were way too soft and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Easy access to restaurants over the bridge. You can walk along the water and go down to a dock. Theres a marketplace next door with food court. Rooms were super clean. There's a restaurant on the 1st floor with a little snack and drink area which are convenient if you dont want to leave.

Minor inconvenience, but Hilton has to figure something out with their smart tvs. Whatever they use sucks

Love the location, grounds were kept very nice and view of the Columbia River was beautiful. Access to the water via dock and seperate boat launch with a beautiful peaceful park. Within walking distance of restaurants and public market.

Need pillows were not that comfortable, too flat for my liking. No lunch served in the lobby restaurant. Breakfast buffet a little spendy in my opinion and the bed lamps were really too bright. We used the cute reading lights at night instead.

Staff was friendly. The indoor pool was a HIT with the kids. Free parking and continental breakfast made it smoother...and they had a crib for our baby. Overall, it was incredibly clean and modern. Lastly, I love that it's a 3 minute walk to the Public Market!

We called 1 hour before arriving (quite late) to ensure they had a crib ready for us. Our 18 month old was screaming as she was so tired and we had to call 3 times in 1 hour so that was a bit frustrating. I did think $275 for a Hilton Garden Inn in a 2nd tier market was pricy, but maybe because of the Holiday weekend in Leavenworth? Lastly Hilton doesn't give you points when booked thru a 3rd party :(

I loved everything about the hotel. the staff were super beyond friendly. They felt like friends and the hotel felt like home away from home. I will definitely be returning to this hotel. breakfast was pretry great!

They wasn’t enough parking but hotel was very accommodating but technically it wasn't the hotel's fault. A guest who was hauling a boat took up like 10+ parking spots and left us and other guests no where to park. Also, Katie running the bar at night was super short staffed. she did an amazing job and was super professional under the stress of running the bar and restaurant by herself. But I think they need to give her another employee to help her. also the guests she was helping at the bar weren't very understanding or patient and wanted to be served asap. Katie managed very well all the orders from food to serving, to making the drinks for people. I wish breakfast was included in the price.

Love the location, cleanliness and The Shop for grab n go for and drink items.

Did not like the new $10.00/day parking charge, that was insane. Also only providing one kurig cup of regular coffee in the room for 2 people and charging $2.00 for bottles of water in the room.

Good size room, modern, and clean. Good housekeeping. Good location next to Pybus.

Was a bit unclear about what we could or couldn’t have for breakfast. We had booked a room with breakfast but there was some confusion over whether we could have the breakfast on the menu or not.
