Room was not cleaned well. Toilet was dirty. Floors dirty. Under beds ( because I dropped something) was really dirty with all sorts of trash and makeup containers One bed had not been changed but we didn’t need it, 1/2 roll toilet paper. Only one pack creamer/sugar for coffee. I wiped off the desk and night stand. Sink faucet was still water stained from last guess. I cleaned it. I feel like they were started to clean got distracted and didn’t finish. But hey I didn’t complain. I just cleaned it.every day is a new day

I stay here three to four times a year for 4 to 8 nights. Location superb. Lots of eatery in walking distance. I love the town and walk the tiwn and shops and Eden cemetary everyday. Great staff. Wonderful breakfast. Hotel is a good price. It is very clean.

Unfortunately this time a few domestic fights. Not thier fault but disruptive three of the five nights. Not the same rooms each time just people coming and going. I really enjoy this hotel and going back in two months

Price, location, great staff, large clean room, great breakfast. Very quiet 🤫 lots of shopping at quaint stores in immediate area. Shepardstown and Martinsburg also just a skip away. Two crows just 2 miles away. Always something to do

I was welcomed by a smiling receptionist. House rules were made very clearly. The directions to the room were very good. Excellent, clean room. It had a microwave, as I asked the receptionist. It also had a refrigerator/freezer, cable TV with local channels, and a coffee maker with cups lined with plastic. It even had a nice LED desk lamp and a good chair. Temperature controls on the unit below the window, as well as on the bathtub water faucet, responded well and quickly. A little different was that the wide sink opens up to the room and not in the bathroom. I had almost too comfy of a night's sleep! Breakfast was well done. It had a typical, yet respectable, American variety: do-it-yourself waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, a good variety of drinks, too, including orange juice and cranberry juice. I was sent on my way by another smiling receptionist. A very good stay at a reasonable price.

With a building under renovation construction in between, the walk/drive to and from the Travelodge room to the main desk was a little awkward. The toilet paper could be a little softer. Though the tourist pamphlet rack was full, there could have been a little more variety in attractions advertised.

It is right across the street from the Hollywood Casino! Room was clean & it was perfect for an overnight stay to attend a concert at the Hollywood Casino. The shuttle driver was the absolute best!! I absolutely hate casinos and he gave us directions directly to the restaurant and the concert hall, so we didn't have to wander around looking.

It was a bit loud since we were on the ground floor with parking right outside the door.

Close to shopping and restaurants and Hollywood Casino, room was clean, comfortable bed,friendly staff,breakfast was offered but we didn't eat.

Was mud all over steps and handrails, looked like construction workers cleaned the mud off their work boots.

The location is great the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room was comfortable

There was a half drank beer on the counter when we got in our room for the first time. The bed was very slidey. Just getting into the bed it tried to slide across the room.

Now they took care of us since our room wasn't ready they gave us one of days in with a discount and we appreciate that we didn't have to wait we got the room right away

It rained a good bit which caused the sand an rain to belly a lot which left my room a hot mess and I can not ever connect to their wifi....mostly blame xfinity but either way doesn't help me just needs figured out bed is worn as well

Location. Great staff. Delicious breakfast. Large comfortable room. Walking 🚶 downtown. Close to Shepardstown and Martinsburg which have nice little towns to spend time. Quiet
