Good service, good facilities, so clean. Additionally thanks to MuhammadAli, Shoxrux and the waiter. I think this hotel is one the tops in Tashkent. I highly recommend it to whom somebody stays on business purposes

The only thing which made me put 9 overall score(not 10) was the girls of the SPA and Welness reception and one girl from front office on 03.08.2023. I think they can’t match to work this kind of high status hotel with their behaviour and character, or they must be taught how to communicate with the guests and must learn politeness, diplomacy. Moreover it will be great if they learn Uzbek language coz whatever guest they see, they speak in russian, it doesn’t matter where the guest comes from. The manager must work with them so hard

It is a newbuild hotel with convenient location and all facilities required. The staff is friendly, the ladies clean the room twice a day, the bed is comfy and the noice isolation is perfect. Wellness centre is available for free to the guests which a bonus. A kettle in the room ads value too! :)

Breakfast is a bit pricey (for Tashkent), but you can easily have it elsewhere!

We lived in Presidential Suite, which is quite big and comfortable. We didn't find something related to Presidential level, but it was very good. Service and breakfasts were perfect, additionaly swimming pool is awesome. Good value for money! In addition to that, I would like to thank for helping with flowers delivery for my wife who had a birthday on the date of arrival. Beautiful roses! Cake from the hotel was also great!

As I mentioned to the staff, please fix the TV system and it wasn't working at all, we asked first technical support, he fixes and next day issue appeared again. When staying with kids Youtube is quite important :)

Check in went smoothly and the staff were helpful.

I needed a train to Samarkand and when I asked the man at the front desk for help, he informed me that i can book online. I told him I just arrived and am having difficulty finding any information, he told me not to worry that there is a train every hour to Samarkand. I ended up waiting 5 hours at Tashkent station because there were no trains between 11 and 5. It was so frustrating especially since I asked for his help and he just dismissed me. I also had a 30kg bag with me.

This is where we stayed max in our trip and we all loved it . The rooms are big ,spacious ,good decor, with all facilities. You should stay here for sure.Staff was courteous ,helpful, fast, resourceful. Monica restaurant staff.. cheers to you all ..Very very good service and make the guest comfotable and take care of their needs.The singers for dinner were awesome and sang 2 hindi songs also for us. Finally the Saxophone was soothing for morning Bfast. you can find a supermarket in 100m distance. Indian restaurants, RaajKapoor and curry lane are also near .

The Bidet spray should be installed as lots of Indians and other Asians are coming

The property and facilities are brand new and clean (I was told the hotel opened its doors in May 2022). We visited one of hotel restaurants on the 6th floor for breakfasts only, but we did like the breakfast food selection and the food quality. In-room dining was fast and good. The property accomodated our request for early check-in (well before 2pm) and we highly appreciated that fact as we were very tired after a long-haul flight. We'll defintely stop at the hotel when we are going to be in Tashkent once again.

If you need local cash (and UZ banking system is notoriously bad - don't be surprised if your credit card from a major bank suddenly does not work even at ATMs) they directed us to a crowded bank branch. In the end it was a 13-15 minutes walk from the hotel via humpy Soviet era sidewalks to get to the bank branch. Ideally they should have a hotel car to help guests to navigate in the hotel neighbourhood as some distances to get here and there are quite notable.

Location not in the center, but taxi is very cheap. Around 2$ everywhere. Very clean rooms. Housekeeping super! Comfortable beds, pillows. Rooms have everything you need except scales

Breakfast buffet can be wider in Radisson member Wi-fi in room was bad My colleage room has very bad smell from bathroom Not possible to open windows in rooms, not enough of fresh air.

I really like the hotel, it’s brand new. Very good service. The staff are very helpful. Specially Ali has been super helpful to me and so does the rest of the staff.
