THANK YOU VERY MUCH to Mayank Kothari- Front Office Manager, he was amazing since the moment I met him at the reception: extremely kind, friendly, helpful and very professional. He assisted me throw out my stay in the hotel and made my jorney with Holliday Inn wonderful. He was always approachable, easy to communicate and always always attentive to the details. I wish all staff in other hotels were like him! I work in the customer service as well and it is such a pleasure to meet people who truly care about their job and do all they can to make their clients very happy and satisfied! Another BIG THANK YOU to Rashmi- amazing and super professional General Manager. Truly great job done, for the organisation and coordination of everything. It was truly unbelievable and wonderful job! Thank you so much for amazing job! I felt very comfortable and taken care by you and other team of the hotel! It is very rare to meet such an amazing stuff!

The staff at the Holiday Inn Port Vila Vanuatu were absolutely gorgeous. Every staff member was happy, helpful and always obliging. The pool was fantastic and all the activities they had planned and organized for the kids was incredible. We got married on the wonderful golf course and enjoyed the beautiful scenery that the Holiday Inn sits upon.

There were a few broken tiles around the pool which could be hazardous, however, due to the recent natural disasters, we understood. Just the tiles in the bedroom, some were slightly damaged from wear and tear.

-beautiful and spacious lobby -clean rooms and bathrooms -very attentive and friendly staff -sizeable pool -good location, close to city centre and airport

-the overwater villa was quite dated and lots of repair needed: sliding doors out of rail, outside sliding doors bolted and unable to open, blinds not opening and closing properly -even if it was an overwater villa, there was no access to the balcony over the lagoon, hence you are just inside the villa -it is quite far and troublesome to go to the lobby, restaurant and pool from the overwater villa - you need to ride a boat or call a bus to pick you up and drive you to the lobby

The hotel is in a huge garden. it also has a long beach and a small island. it's great to walk around the garden and look at the flowers and plants. There are also many birds. Our room overlooked the sea and it was very pleasant to sit out on the balcony. all members of the hotel staff are kind and helpful. All our problems were solved, including room exchange and excursions. I have to single out the front desk manager, who often dealt with our special requests personally and with great patience. The food is excellent. Best breakfasts ever.

Everythig is ok, but I think In the near future, the building will need a little stitching and a design update.

We absolutely loved our stay here at the Holiday Inn in port villa. It was our first time visiting Vanuatu and we had an absolute blast. The resort by far exceeded our expectations and it had everything we needed. The staff were an absolute highlight, so friendly and gave recommendations on places to visit etc. Paul, Mary, Jane and Belinda were amazing at reception and David and the team at the pool hub were fantastic! So many activities at the resort and we loved the on-site Catamaran and Melanesian night!! We just arrived back home and are already looking to re-book. 10/10

Swimming pool area was awesome, breakfast was good, dinner was good Staff was very friendly. We love that there was a air-conditioning space we're you could dine too, because of the heat in Vanuautu it is a bonus

Amazing friendly staff and service - all requests met and always willing to help us. the lagoon and free use of water activities. beautiful clean large pool. Quiet and relaxing grounds. Top quality delicious food and menu at the restuarant!! Special thanks to Mayank, Randolph, the two Belindas, Fiona, Shina, and amazing David who took us out on the catamarans.

I like the easy booking. The payment at counter. The smiley staff. The swimming pool. The seaview. The green space. The water activities. The gym. The 1km away from town. the short trip to the airport.

That the water activity gear, like kayaking only opens at 8 am to 5 pm. I like kayaking early around 5am before sunrise. I didn't get to do any water activity in the sea.
