What an extraordinary resort! I had the pleasure of staying here for just one night, but it left an indelible mark on my heart. The tranquil seaside, the enchanting starfishes and fishes in the sea were a sight to behold. However, what truly made my stay exceptional were the incredible staff members. From the warm welcome by Lita to the friendly island tour with Kelvin, every moment was filled with warmth and genuine care. Kaycee's patience and efficiency in helping us with our travel arrangements were invaluable, and thanks to her, we made it to our destination despite flight challenges. This resort is a true gem, and I'm grateful for the unforgettable memories created by the best staff. I can't wait to come back and relive this magical experience!

The authentic local feel of Erakor is unmatched. Not as glitzy as some, but we had our honeymoon here many years ago and were pleased to be back! Al fresco dining by the lagoon is peaceful and beautiful. Staff are lovely. Had a great massage too! going back and forth by boat to the jetty lets you know you're 'away from care'! Melanesian night with fire dancers was excellent.

Air Vanuatu needs to consider its scheduling! Arriving and leaving in the middle of the night is frustrating. Hard to read in the bure in the evening- they offered extra bedside lamps but they weren't much help! ended up using phone torch because I'm an avid reader! Didn't swim in the lagoon because we didn't want to step on the starfish or the coral! (some people managed! and there is a pool...)

Great getaway to a small island, very relaxing, kids kept entertained endlessly by Kevin, great food,l. immaculate little island, worth a visit if you truly want to relax! The waiting staff were great, as were the kids club staff and the tour desk staff.

All i’d say is the bar staff at the main restaurant need to lift there game, if you order a drink at dinner and they don’t have it in stock they don’t ask if you would like something else, they just don’t deliver your beverage. The guy behind the bar seems like he doesn’t want to be there. Need some energised people behind the bar makes for a much more energised environment.

Food wasn’t great

every aspect was just great - snorkelling, excursions (Blue Cave, Yakel custom village, giant banyan tree), staff, food, grounds, view, rooms - really top resort. we’d stayed at the ‘Volcanic Hideway Tree House’ at Mt Yasur to see the volcano and the luxury of the resort was a perfect complement to the tree house in a traditional Vanuatu village in sight of the volcano. recommend the combination.

not staying a little longer

Such a beautiful place to stay, we were in the garden 2 bdrm, which was basic, but great for our family of 4. little touches like a bottle opener and sharp knife really made the difference. it was spotless and very well maintained.

One of our children found the kids club staff too playful. 😆

The location is amazing, beach is beautiful and the rooms where perfect for us with 2 little kids. While they napped we could go swimming, eat lunch on the balcony or just chill. The playground was amazing for the kids as well!

Beautiful resort. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent. Would highly recommend a chilled holiday at Erakor Island resort

The island is spectacular and has a wonderful laid back feel. Plenty of activities available to do. Staff are super friendly

The surrounding reef is regularly fished so there isn't a whole lot of fish to see when snorkelling
