We stayed 8 nughts here. Couldn't ask for a better place close to Port Vila. Chris, his staff and family provide a home in paradise. Friendly, caring and great sources of local knowledge. Being on the lagoon close to the open sea, water quality is good and it is an easy paddle or swim to Erakor Island for a meal. Chris answered all questions before our stay and helped out with minor things when we were there. Our rooms were cleaned and made up everyday, which really helped. Facilities are good as well, with BBQ areas by the pool and lagoon side. Couldn't recommend more highly for a relaxing holiday spot near Port Vila.

Easy, relatively flat access to the lagoon made it easy to access. Free loan of kayaks (single and double) so my 13yo and I enjoyed taking the double kayak out on the lagoon. Easy paddling and lovely being able to see so many starfish underneath you. My daughter enjoyed the small pool. Room didn't really have a view but overall property did. Full kitchen with hotplates and oven. Very lux looking bathroom. My daughter loved the little touches of folded toilet paper and flowers when we arrived. Owner lives on site which was handy to know. There were free roaming guinea pigs which my daughters loved. A bit further out of town but taxis and buses are available if you don't have your own car. No normal TV reception (has to run through apps).

Chris was so incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We stored luggage at the apartments for a couple of days while we visited another island, and it was no bother at all for them. When we returned, Chris had already put our luggage in our room with the keys in the door. Chris also helped organise a driver for a day trip and gave us advice on some markets in town.

Air conditioning was only in the main bedroom, so the other rooms got quite warm, the fans did help with this. Wifi was also quite patchy, and you could only connect 4 devices to it, but overall, we made it work. The kitchen also didn't have any scissors, which is maybe something that can be added in for the future.

Fantastic quiet location. The units were so well equipped with all that was needed for our 10 day stay. Good kitchen and outdoor verandahs for outdoor dining. Lovely garden setting right on the lagoon with a gorgeous little swimming pool on site. Chris the Manager was very welcoming and attentive. Thank you Chris ,and the delightful staff. Units beautifully serviced daily.

Wi fi connection was a bit on and off. Beds are quite firm.

Lovely accomodation with amazing views of the water, great kitchen with plenty of utensils etc. Around a 10 min walk to some restaurants (it is dark and uneven to get there but that is the case anywhere so not a reflection on the accomodation). Chris, the host, is extremely helpful with anything you need, and did all he could to get the best WiFi he could for us. Highly recommend if looking to stay in this area.

The internet was in and out for us but I am sure for most people this would not affect them.

Chris, Flavie and the team were such wonderful and accommodating hosts, always answering our questions and going out of their way to make sure we had a perfect stay. The apartment itself was spotless and housekeeping was immaculate every day. The place is in a beautiful garden setting right on the lagoon, and very easy to get into town for bus or taxi. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to seeing the team next time!

We had a great experience. Lovely place to holiday with young kids. Chris and his family were fantastic hosts and looked after us well. We were staying at the property during the recent earthquakes and Chris and his family did all they could to help us. The location is great for exploring the lagoon, kayaking and swimming and is close to town and cafe/food options. Very relaxed, secure and inviting. We had a great holiday, and I hope the locals are recovered from the recent quake and getting back to life as normal.

Chris is the most amazing host, nothing is too much for him, incredibly helpful and sympathetic! The bungalows are very comfortable and spacious and very good value for money. Small kitchen with all the necessities (stovetop and oven, toaster, microwave, full-size fridge and all the utensils), which makes the holiday more affordable as eating out is expensive. Chris has just installed Starline on the tv, therefore lots of choices, a.o. all free to air Australian programs. The bathroom is very unique with all the shells and the feel of an outdoor space (which it is not). We had an oceanview apartment with large veranda and comfortable chairs. The ferry to Erakor Island is 5 minutes via the beach (low tide only), otherwise at the end of the drive the mini buses at $2 each drive you everywhere, nearby restaurants, supermarket and Port Vila itself. The property is very quiet and peaceful, the only noise comes from Le Lagon in the evening (not every night) and stops at 11, but indoors not so noticeable. I can highly recommend Pacific Lagoon Apartments.

Even though a new system was recently installed the wifi reception in the room was very poorly. It was slightly better in the pool area.

I love everything about this property. From the moment you step into the property, you feel like you are at home. The staff were super friendly and they will go out of their ways to help you if need be.

I would say maybe the kitchen utensils that are a bit worn out but nothing to worry too much about. One can still choose to eat out or to use the utensils with care. But, I would strongly recommend that they replace some of them. Ohterwise, all good.

We were welcomed by the owner and staff and helped to settle in. The service while we were three was great and the owner helped us out when the transfer we booked ourselves didn't show up! We made it to the airport with time to spare. Gorgeous garden setting, our cabin was on the lagoon. It was a beautiful setting. The small kitchen was well equipped so we could make meals there when we wanted to. Good location for getting a bus into central Port Vila, walking distances to resort and restaurants. Air con in one of the bedrooms was great. My kids are teenagers but the pool was the perfect size for small kids to play safely in reach of their parents.

It was all good!
