Staff were awesome, and the location is good if you're self-catering, as supermarkets just outside the resort. The bus to Port Vila, it is also just outside the resort. Attractive landscape, on the lagoon, with small beach. Nice pool. Nice and quiet, unless there are festivities taking place. The villas are nice and spacious and comfortable. A good few choices for breakfast. I'd recommend this family-friendly resort to anyone!

The food in the restaurant was below average, and although the service was ok, the waitresses needed more supervision/training. Having said that, if you requested something, they went out of their way to satisfy you. There is no system in place to identify maintenance needed. We stayed in three villas over our three week stay, and each one had a number of faults, which should have been identified and repaired before the "guest" moved in. They were put right once I reported them, but they should have been fixed before we moved in.

Originally i had the garden with spa room booked 6-10 may and then had all my plans changed due to air vanuatu going into administration. the team at reception were honestly all so amazing calming me down as i had no idea when i was going to be able to leave the country and get a flight room. I can’t remember their names but the girls were so nice and accommodating and made sure i was looked after. Room was spacious, everything i need, cleaned everyday and topped up anything i needed. Supermarket next door Can book any tours and shuttles with reception. The reception ladies made the stay worth it. Beautiful lovely women.

i ordered a chicken curry that comes with rice and nam bread. food came out after an hour and i couldn’t see the bread, when asked they said they don’t have any. Ate half my food when i realised when i cut into the chicken was red raw… Can say i didn’t eat no more and returned to my room. Got speaking to the girls in the room next to me and when i told them to be careful about the chicken.. they said the same thing happened to them but with their chicken wings. Clear to believe chef doesn’t know how to cook chicken, so anyone who comes for a meal away stay away from the chicken for the safety of yourself. My second last morning i ordered eggs with toast, i bit on my food when i tasted something crunchy.. it was egg in my food

We booked the beachfront vila and it was amazing we didn’t know what to expect but hole it definitely reach our standard at the the very best, only property to have a blanket, washing machine, dryer, cooking facilities, and not to mention the serenity from the deck.

There’s a supermarket 100meters away please go and stock up we didn’t get what we ordered and wanted from the restaurant, so we went to the supermarket our self and cooked our own food it’s shame as this could be more money for the property and a way for us to rest and wine down

Great breakfast, not a buffet but made to cater. Nice selection too. Wonderful staff, very helpful. We loved Mimi (mummy cat) and her kittens, which provided lots of entertainment and were so gentle! We got to know most of the staff on a first name basis and were very pleased with the service. It is such a shame you cannot swim in the lagoon, that would have made our stay absolutely perfect. The room was large with a separate bedroom and living room.

We could not swim in the lagoon which was a real shame and stopped me from sitting on the beach. We could not sleep with the window open as the fridge of the neighbouring supermarket was extremely loud unfortunately. We could not operate the TV as it was in Chinese. Some cooking equipment would have been great, but I understand that there are other rooms with that equipment available.

This place is great!!really recommend the villas😍😍😍 !! Very nice, spacious, with cooking facilities, bathtubs in the big bathroom,laundry.... Can probably sleep a couple with 2 kids. Swimming pool is great and also swimming pool playground for kids . Location is great only 5 minutes to city center and next to a big food market, and also local market 👍💯💯 The staffs are very pleasant 🥰 This is not my first time in Vanuatu and I wish I knew this Cocomo resort before. Will definitely come back in the Villas 🥰

The beach is not the best but it is ok ! I took the bus to Eton Beach 😍😍😍about 30 minutes drive on the local busses paid 1000vatu .

The staff were amazing. They could not have been more helpful and accomodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The location was gorgeous, the room was beautiful. The pool is beautiful and we did not have kids with us but there was a great playground and a splash park for kids. Also canoes so you can get in those and go for a row down the river. The locals along there all wave hello and if you're lucky enough to be there on a Sunday, you can hear them singing at church. Beautiful

The meals were a bit hit or miss.

The room was lovely, right on the lagoon, the room was very spacious and comfortable, with a spa bath, washing machine and dryer and a well equipped kitchen, the staff we're wonderful and very helpful in all regards, the food was really good.

We were advised not to swim in the lagoon as it is has pollution, which was a shame, because it really did look lovely.

Exceptional staff all around, room was amazing, beds were so comfortable we wanted to take it home. House keeping were amazing, staff all around couldn’t do enough to help you they went above and beyond also organised our hire car when we got there, even one of the kitchen ladies braided my hair. Food was amazing!!!! Was in a perfect location and not far from Port Vila centre. Will definitely be stay here again every time we visit Vanuatu it’s like a home away from home!!!!

The location was perfect and the staff were amazing and extremely helpful.

What a beautiful place to stay which was made all the better by Ann. She was so accommodating and helpful and made our stay so much better. She's a real asset to the hotel and grateful we got to meet her. The place does it all and staff were ever so friendly.

The mattress could do with replacing but not the worst sleep I've had.
