Buffet breakfast was great with a lot of variety to choose from ,I really enjoyed the omelettes The pool bar was good as well where you can swim up to the bar and order drinks being a warm climate it was great,overall this resort has everything activities day trips and the rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable

Buffet dinner could I've been better food wasn't the best not fresh very basic not much of a variety steak very basic not tender ,spaghetti bolanaise tasted like something out of a can,desert cakes tasted like they were frozen and thawed before being served,definitely wouldn't recommend the buffet dinner this needs to be improved

The resort: - The room we had was amazing, it was old but gave the tropical feeling, right on the water. We met a lot of lovely locals who taught us so much about the islands & the security guards became our friends forever! - the resort was very well set out and an amazing vibe! House keeping- We got fresh towels daily, and our room was cleaned every morning before our bubs went down for a lunch time nap. We only waited for fresh pool towels once out of our whole 2 week stay which wasn’t a problem because we were on holidays. Location- was good as we could catch buses for 150VT per person and our daughter was free, the bus ride was about 5-10 mins. This was family friendly, many kids for our daughter to play with and also a lot of activities to do. There were also many activities for adults to do like snorkelling, kayaking and much more! (You can’t hear any kids playing if you wanted a relaxing romantic holiday with your partner) Buffet breakfast- was so good, there was everything you could possibly think of and change it up each day.

The price of drinks and food were ridiculous! We spent well over our budget as we did not expect anything to be priced like they were. The wifi prices is outrageous! For the amount we paid for our stay it should have been included. $30AUD for 24 hours... Some of the staff did not want to have a bar of communication which is a let down as happy staff tops off your holiday- it doesn’t hurt to wear a smile! But In saying that, majority of them were so lovely! Trying to book for a massage was a pain so I gave up. Adding service payments on top of cost of everything was an absolute joke. If you have a credit- USE IT, don’t use cash and try to store the credit for later, as they were pocketing the cash and still adding it to our friends rooms

Beautiful setting. Pool is wonderful. Staff excellent and friendly. Restaurant is really nice (only tried one of the two). Great kids club. Quite a few free activities ie kayaking, sailing, ping pong etc. Is a bit further away from Centre of Port Vila. But you can get a local Mini van which there are lots of literally every two minutes for 150 Vatu per person. Just walk up past the boom gates.

Our room was not great. Had a garden view room. We had asked for one double and two single beds which they had said they could do. But then were unable to accomodate. We got two doubles. Unless we wanted to pay extra for gold out bed. Aircon really didn’t work. Room Was a bit worm and smallish for 4 people and probably not that well suited for four people. Shower hardly had water coming out of it and toilet seat was wobbly. Room cleaning was a bit inconsistent but all in all ok.

Staff are very friendly, beautiful lagoon out front, great for watersports, good spread buffet breakfast, good to be able to have 2 kids in a standard room, when restaurant was opened for dinner buffet staff were helpful & friendly, multiple depth pools fantastic for kids

Rooms need maintenance, mould/black spots all over shower, aircon didnt work in first room, restaurant wasnt opened most nights due to lower patronage. Kids club is in need of a revamp & drastic outdoor clean ( covered in soot), staff knowledge could be better (whether activities are running - most were cancelled) , kids club activities were mostly just tv time if there wasnt enough kids there. Stock could do with quality control - got a coke filled with some sort of jelly . Wild ginger restaurant was very understaffed both nights we went. Middle pool has a black mossy build up around edges, spa wasnt heated

Excellent breakfast buffet (the same everyday, but lots of choice: fresh fruits, egg station, warm meals, cereal, continental), very friendly staff, great and huge pool area with swim-up bar, free tab water in restaurant and at pool bar. The free usage of non-motorized Watersport items (kayaks, SUP, catamarans) in good condition, beautiful lagoon right at the water. Various sports options (table tennis, tennis court, golf - all in good condition). Kids eat free and the options are good and varied (grilled fish, chicken, French fries, rice, pasta) incl. dessert. Very good value for families travelling with hungry kids

There wasn’t really much of a beach (no beach access into water, it’s a little wall and 3 steps down into the water. The kids club house was a bit neglected and toys / playground could do with some love, a clean and some new and functionable toys. Due to being low season, activities were only on at the notice board ;-)

The location was amazing so beautiful right on the lagoon. The staff where so friendly and welcoming. We did arrive though and they didn’t have my booking so maybe email prior to double check. We also one year ago requested adjoining rooms as we where travelling with my daughter and grandchildren but that request was not fulfilled.

The kids club play equipment was damaged and unsafe … you would think that would be a top priority as it’s a very family based resort.

Overwater bungalow was spacious and clean. The resort pool is huge so it never felt crowded even though we were there during Easter busy time. Free water sports equipment (kayak, catamaran, stand up paddle board) are provided and staff there are helpful.

The overall quality of food service at the resort is average. Most dishes on the menu are very westernized like pizza, burgers. It would be great if they can serve more authentic local food on the menu. It would have been perfect if there was a direct access to the water from the overwater bungalow deck.

Superb location, well maintained resort (landscape), beautiful swimming pools. Room with AC, big and cleaned daily. Very family friendly. The professionalism of the Management and the dedication of the Staff was indubitably proven during the Earthquake on 17 December 2024. In that day and the following days all of them kept looking after own quests and guests from other resorts transferred here and made us to feel secure and to overcome all the physical and mental distress caused by this unfortunate disaster. If you ever go to Vanuatu you can always count on the family called Warwick Le Lagoon. You will feel like home.

We booked the 2 bedroom villa for our family of four, and we really enjoyed all the facilities including the private pool and spa overlooking the lagoon. Breakfast was included and the children really enjoyed the breakfast buffet start to each day. The sports staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the free use of the included catamaran, kayaks and paddle boards. The snorkelling trip to the edge of the reef at the lagoon entrance in the resort boat was great and relatively inexpensive.

Food and drinks are very expensive in comparison to other resorts and compared to local costs. Our villa was double booked on the day of arrival, and we were given two adjoining resort rooms, these were showing the age of the resort and to a standard we would have expected in a lower priced motel. It did underscore the comfort and luxury of the villa once we got moved, and the cost difference between booking 2 rooms and the 2brm villa is definitely worthwhile. We wouldn't book to stay in the rooms in future, but we would stay again in the villa.

We really like the breakfast. The property very beautiful and pleasant to stay.

We really didn’t like the pillows and mattress. The pillow quality very ordinary… The pillows in our room were in a different thicknesses.. The mattress was inclined ( I meant one side higher than the other ) which caused us a bad sleep time, making us changing our sleeping position all night to minimise the compression of body circulation that were bothering us due to the mattress inclination. Luch and dinner at restaurant weren’t this much good for the price charged
