The apartment was spacious, with a fully equiped kitchen. The bathroom had soap, shampoo, conditioner, several rolls of toilet paper and extra towels because it rained on the day we arrived. Breakfast was delicious, there were more than 10 options to choose from. The food was enough to keep you full for hours. It is only a short bus ride away to Port Vila. We went there several times to go for a walk and to pick up some groceries from the supermarket. We never had to wait long for a minibus to drive past to take us to Port Vila, a few minutes at most. I am glad we didn't upgrade to sea view as it was quite windy when we visited. We could sit on our balcony every evening as we were sheltered from the wind and we still had some sea view. There are 2 restaurants on site. Both had plenty different dishes to choose from. The pool is large and there were comfy sun beds with sun umbrellas

The only thing we didn't like, but that had nothing to do with the acommodation was that for the first few days next to us were people with kids that were very loud (screaming, blowing a whistle for an hour, dragging furniture over the tiled floors).

We arrived late on a Sunday night and were greeted by a very friendly staff member who gave us a quick introduction, then directed us to our room. When we walked into our beachfront villa, first impressions were that it was a little dated and timeworn, however everything was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The view was incredible and falling to sleep to the sounds of the waves breaking on the reef was very relaxing. The included breakfasts at Cafe Vila were absolutely delicious and the staff were very warm and friendly. We ate at both Cafe Vila and Three Pigs for dinners during our stay also, and although they were more expensive options than eating in Port Vila, they were delicious meals. The location is away from the main town centre, however, a local bus is easy to flag down and only costs 150vatu per person to get in and out which is about 10 to 15min or so. The Nasama reception staff were very helpful and booked us some tours during our stay, including Lelepa Island tour which we would highly recommend. They were more than happy to help us with any questions and gave us some great recommendations for dining options in town also. We would not hesitate to stay at Nasama again, and would recommend it to anyone wanting to travel to an island paradise with some of the friendliest and happiest people on earth. Vanuatu was a beautiful trip and to me is evidence that community and connection are the key to happiness, not material possessions.

The beach front Villas are a little dated and timeworn, however they are perfectly functional, clean and the bed was very comfy.

Had a great stay at Nasama despite some average weather but did see sun most days We had a great room right on the water upstairs looking out to sea with a large deck. Room was nice and big with a kitchen but we didnt use it The 2 restaurants were really good with lots of variety and specials and reasonably priced. So good that in 9 days didn't eat elsewhere Pool was nice and kept very clean Best thing was the staff, all really happy and welcoming and doing a great job. Miss them already

Stayed in a beach view studio, room 409. Basically we could sit on our front balcony and see the beach whilst sipping a drink. Staff were polite and helpful. Room was comfortable and was cleaned every day without exception around the same time at morning. Pool was good. It’s not a full blown resort like some of the big chains but it’s a perfect place to base yourself as you explore Efate.

One night we had a dinner with the rest of our family also staying there and they were a bit overwhelmed, food took a few hours. Sometimes the food selections for breakfast weren’t available. But these are pretty minor issues in context off an overall great stay.

The breakfast was lovely. The portacot and high chair they provided was very clean and nice. Lovely beach and pool and great for the kids too. The two bedroom apartment was nice and spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen also had a nice big table and a big fridge.

The service at breakfast was a little slow, particularly with the cups of tea. They seemed to forget them or took a long time to get them to us. Otherwise the food was great. It was nice having breakfast included in the stay. With the accomodation, we were upstairs and underneath us were smokers who smoked outside most of the day. We couldn't open our windows and enjoy the cool breezes because of the smoke from downstairs. However we could close the windows and put the air con on but it was a shame that we couldn't have the windows open for some fresh air.

The layout was great. It was really spacious and never felt like you were on top of others. The pool area was well set out with great views of the ocean. The room we stayed in was perfect for 2 people with the sound of the ocean in the background and visible from our patio. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and ready to help with any issues. It was great to have 2 places to eat on the property and the breakfasts offered as part of the stay were divine with lots of choices.

The resort was great a little dated but comfortable and great restaurant for breakfast which was included in price. The main restaurant and the attached pizza cafe (3 pigs) had great selections of meals. A little bit out of town but plenty of buses pass by for 150vuv just about anywhere in a 10 klm radius. We were there for a wedding and the staff did an amazing job on the day. Congratulations to Ashley and her staff for a great day

To be honest the hotel was great so nothing to complain about

We were staying at Nasama when the earthquake struck, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests. They provided food, water, shelter, and the care we needed during that challenging time. Both before and after the event, the service and hospitality were exceptional—truly five-star in every way. This resort has it all: beautiful, authentic facilities, an amazing team, delicious food and drinks, and a prime location that makes it easy to access island tours and excursions without long travel times. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Nothing

Stayed here with my partner and some friends and we could not have been happier. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything. The two restaurants on site were both brilliant and genuinely some of the best food we had on our trip to Vanuatu (and highly recommend the happy hour). The onsite breakfast was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. Pool and the small private beach area were beautiful and extremely relaxing. We found the whole stay to be great value for money as it really feels like a high-end resort.

Really wasn't anything we didn't like!

Both restaurants on site were lovely, also an easy walk to another resort further down the street for the free Friday night fire show. We booked a 2 hour spa treatment on site in a little hut on the water which was really enjoyable and cost a bit more than going off site (800VT more approx) but given its 150 one way on the bus its just so much easier and relaxing. There is a primitive little shop across the street to pick up basics but if you want to self cater you do need to go to the supermarket. We had an ocean view which was was lovely, the snorkelling was really good and right out the front. Breakfast is a la carte, had lots of options, the servings are large and the food tasted really good and available from 7am to 11am.

Perhaps a little gift shop or something close by would be nice, although it is pretty easy to hop the bus into town. Also not that the kitchen doesn't have an oven.
