First I must say the people of Vanuatu are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The rooms are cleaned every day to a high standard. Breakfast is included and a chef is dedicated to making the most fantastic omelettes - he is the main attraction. Live music on Tuesday and Friday is good and worth booking in for. The pools are great as is the views from them and the apartments. Take a kayak around the island but watch the tide and current.

General condition is a bit rundown probably to be expected in an area with regular cyclones. General electrical issues are frustrating - power outages, lack of wifi continuity and malfunctioning TV system. However the area is beautiful so you can get by without them until they manage to get it all sorted. Perhaps they should market it as a place to get away from communications with the outside world.

Friendly, efficient and hospitable staff that made us feel welcome at all times. Comfortable rooms and access to buffet breakfast, with restaurant menus available throughout the day. Beautiful snorkeling spot with equipment available. The resort was easy to access, with a 24/7 ferry making transition to and from the island easy, with staff who were happy to lend a hand assisting those who may need.

The addition of a handrail up the main stairs behind reception could be beneficial

- Buffet breakfast - Dinner was awesome but limited options - pools were fantastic - we were in the self-contained section our room was spacious (a bit dated) and comfortable - the staff were amazing & always helpful - special callout for Rinet (kids club) who went out of her way to keep my son entertained.

The walk from the only restaurant to our rooms. This took us at least 8-10 mins each way. Would have been fine if there were some food options on the other side of the island too, but having to do that walk to get out of the island, to get food, to organise tours and basically do anything useful was very annoying. We were making the trip at least 5-6 times each day!! A resort of this size with only one restaurant that is located on one corner of the island without informing the guests who are booking on the other side of island is a bit unfair.

Great location, the island is only a 2 minute boat ride from the mainland. It was fantastic that the island has its own jetty and the boat operates 24/7. The food at the resort was pretty western, however this is the case for the majority of surrounding restaurants it was still quite nice. The staff were incredibly friendly!

The front of the resort including the rooms towards the front (which we stayed in? the premium overwater bungalow) are all subjected to quite disruptive and loud music that comes from the mainland everynight, the direct viewbis also unfortunately of big ships that are docked for maintenance and these were often times quite loud. The mattress in our room was really hard and not comfortable at all. It was often times quite difficult to get the attention of staff to take orders for drinks, drinks were also quite slow one occaision a drink never came. There was also no room service available at the time of our stay.

Breakfast was very good. Monday BBQ not so good, perhaps we came later than most and all the good food gone.

Another beach on the other side would be great.

Breakfast was excellent! Buffet a little lack lustre but generous. A la carte menu simple but well executed. Room was fabulous, very clean and modern, well kitted out, well serviced. Staff were outstanding! Bersie Annie and Jim at front desk were the absolute best, Isadora in the bar/pool area was so lovely, Kenneth was very attentive, and the tour desk staff were very good at helping sort what we were looking for. And a big thank you for making my birthday so very special! I got spoiled rotten with fancy towel decorations in my room and dinner table all dressed up! Pool facilities and bar area are awesome. We felt we got value, service and location superb.

Only thing we found troublesome was the staff spitting everywhere - that really is not a good look and made us feel a bit yuk!

The island is beautiful, amazing snorkelling & pools. The island has so much to offer. The Vanuatu people and staff are the most welcoming, friendly and beautiful people. The room was absolutely spotless, Housekeeping came daily. We could not fault the customer service, everyone went above and beyond. Lydia who was working usually at breakfast In the main restaurant, was a superstar. Give this lady a raise!

The island is a lot larger than we thought, a lot of hills to walk up in the scorching heat. We think bicycle or scooters to hire to get you round the island would be a great idea!

Iririki is in a great location just a short ferry ride to Port Vila CBD. Our ocean view fare was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Fresh fruit and pastries and hot foods. Lunch and dinners are ok but a bit overpriced but you pay for the convenience of not going off the island. If you don’t want to eat there just pop on the ferry and head for the many places to eat on the mainland. The staff are amazing and will do anything to help especially Lydia and Iwai and Jimbo.

It was great to be able to snorkel off the beach at snorkelers cove but the resort should really do something about the condition of the pontoon and stairs that you have use to access the water.

The island had good snorkelling..lovely views..an island atmosphere.. little ferry service ran constantly..lots for families to do..enough space so you didn't feel crowded ..good wifi..good x entertainment some nights..loved the little fish near the pier

My air conditioner broke down and somexdays if I got home late the showers weren't hot..when you booked trips with their booking ladies they charged 25aud..which was not mentioned and then when I checked out the one trip I booked there abd paid cash for was on my account to pay again but it got sorted..A lot of other guests had issues with power going off

Room was spacious, loved both of the pools and snorkeler's cove and staff were very friendly.

As the hotel is on an island, everything is quite spread out and the road is a bit gravelly which made it hard to use our pram to walk around with our baby. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!
