This was one of the most wholesome stays I've ever had in the whole 7 years I have been in Vietnam. The rooms were incredibly spacious and well decorated with all your essentials and more. The location is fantastic, in a quiet place but with a short taxi ride to both town and the beach. The staff can't do enough for you, cooking different dishes every morning, remembering your orders. Helping us with tours and the best places to visit. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone who wants the perfect stay between home and heaven ❤️

We loved our stay at Hoi An Rustic Villa! We were very lucky to have our room upgraded - it was very spacious, had one of the comfiest beds we have had on our 4 months trip and extremely clean! The hosts were so friendly and made us feel at home at the villa. The breakfasts were also amazing! You get the option to try a local dish, followed by bread and homemade jams, a pancake and fruit! They truly spoiled us. The location is great - you get to stay in a peaceful area where you can cycle through the rice fields and to the beach but that is still close enough to the old town via a cheap Grab. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Loved the hotel, it was very aesthetically beautiful and clean. The hosts are very welcoming and warm (especially Sui, she was kind/friendly and so genuine!) The location was far away from the hustle and bustle of old town, and very quiet, a short bike from the beaches. Great breakfast and free bicycle rental!

Our upstairs neighbours were a bit loud in the morning but that didn't take away from our stay at all. One of the hosts was adamant on reviewing a "10", which felt slightly too much and a bit pushy. Our room was humid and left our belongings slightly damp. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

If I could give this 100/10 I would! The most welcoming, attentive and wonderful family who go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. A delicious 3 course breakfast made every morning they even made us a packed breakfast when we were checking out early! The best breakfast we have had in Vietnam! Free bikes to use to cycle to the beach or to the old town! A lovely pool area to chill in too. The rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully presented. The family were also on hand to answer any questions or provide information.The villa is perfectly located between the beach and old town, just a short cycle away. Highly highly recommend!

Our stay at Rustic Villa Hoi An was a masterclass in the quiet, unpretentious charm that travel occasionally affords us—an experience where one feels, for a brief, golden stretch of time, truly at home in the world. The owners and their team extend a hospitality that is neither forced nor rehearsed but instead exudes the natural warmth of people who genuinely care. There is no need for ostentatious gestures; their attentiveness manifests in the smallest yet most significant details—an intuitive sense of when to offer assistance and when to step back, a readiness to provide guidance without intrusion. Breakfast was not merely a meal but a moment of deep contentment: a beautifully assembled collection of local flavors, prepared with an attention that speaks less of culinary ambition and more of quiet devotion. The rooms, designed with an elegant simplicity, reflect an understanding that true luxury is not found in excess but in an environment that soothes rather than overwhelms. The villa’s location is a study in contrasts: close enough to Hoi An’s ancient streets to make exploration effortless, yet removed just enough to allow for a rare stillness. There is a kind of poetry in staying somewhere that offers both access to the vibrant hum of a city and an invitation to retreat from it. It is a rare gift, to leave a place feeling lighter than when one arrived. For that, we are grateful—and we will return.

This is the cutest hotel we stayed in Vietnam, gorgeous rooms that are some of the cleanest I’ve ever seen, simple yet modern concrete, tile and wood finishings and bathrooms (the photos actually don’t do it justice), and the most helpful and amazingly attentive family/staff… brilliant value for money. A little out of old town which we actually liked cause it was in a quiet cute neighbourhood. The neighbourhood itself had great places to eat and a fanatics spa across the road, also only a $3 Grab taxi into town. Also have to mention the laundry service - handed clothes over at 4pm and had it back that evening. Make sure you get the daily free breakfast :)

Nothing - everything was perfect

Not one to usually write reviews but an exceptional time had here. The staff went above and beyond. From ginger tea when one of us was sick and making breakfast that could be taken up to room to advising on and helping book some great day trips and tours, all was offered with a smile. Whole villa a serene spot in Hoi An and room was spacious, tastefully furnished, clean and comfortable. We actually extended our trip in Hoi An and felt very lucky to have more nights here. Would absolutely stay again if returning and would recommend to anyone visiting the city. Wishing the team here best of luck going forward! Katie and Owain

Rooms are nice, big and very clean. Super king size beds comfortable. Staff are available and nice, and took care of us. Free bicycle available anytime.

Noisy as this is very close to the main road. This is far from the city center 30min walking or 15min by bicycle. There are not much restaurants or cafes in the street and the homestay won’t provide drinks except at the breakfast. Breakfast : banh mi or noodle soup and pancakes.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lovely homestay in Hoi An! The connecting family rooms were perfect for us – spacious, beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and ideal for families. The standalone bathtub was a real treat after long days of exploring, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged and maintained. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The owners and staff were incredibly kind, genuine, and welcoming – always ready with a smile and eager to help. When we asked for child seats on our bikes, they arranged it right away without hesitation. It's that kind of attention and warmth that makes all the difference. The breakfast was another highlight – different every day, full of local flavors, and very generous. It felt like a little culinary surprise each morning. In short: a true gem in Hoi An. Warm, family-friendly, and full of heart. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a more personal and caring place to stay.

Honestly best hotel i’ve ever stayed in my life. It is run by a local family and they make you feel at home the minute you step in. When we got there on the first day they welcomed us with fresh juice and helped arranging everything. They make everything easy for you, book a car, lent you bikes, organize day trips and activities, recommend good places to eat etc. The room was amaaaaaazing, so big and spacious, as well as the bathroom and everything was very clean since they change the sheets and clean it everyday which is very nice. They took so much care of us it was a wonderful stay, and the breakfast… everyday they would surprise us with a different local dish, as well as fresh juice, jam and fruit from the local market, i’ll think about that omelet for the rest of my life it was so delicious. Please stay here if you have the chance, you won’t regret it.
