It was such a calm and peaceful place with very friendly staffs. The view from out door cafe on top of the hotel was amazing. It was very peaceful place to stay until last night of our stay.

There was an event held by outdoor pool with a group of Porsche people. The noise and loud music spoiled our holiday mood but luckily it was finished by 10pm. The hotel we stayed in Hanoi informed us ahead of our staying that the floor we stayed there is some noise with maintenance construction then gave us option to cancel it if we needed. If Ville De Mont Resort would let us know about Porsche event before or even while we were staying that could be better.

The view from the pool and villa were amazing, and made the stay worthwhile. The bed and villa was comfortable, and had everything we needed, styled well. The breakfast was exceptional!

Staff were often unable to help with our enquiries. e.g. tours, transport, the hotel restaurant bookings. Ordered room service, and empty plates were left until the next day.

You'll wake up in the morning and have breakfast with the most amazing view from the window. Our 2-day escape to Sapa was absolutely stunning! The location and surrounding nature were incredible—so quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The resort itself was well-designed and impeccably clean, offering great facilities that enhanced our stay. It seemed to be a more couple and family-friendly resort, which worked perfectly for us, leading to a very relaxing and intimate experience. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the tranquility and breathtaking scenery. We enjoyed quiet moments on our balcony, soaking in the serene mountain views and the fresh, crisp air. The hiking trails around the resort were spectacular, providing us with opportunities to explore the lush landscapes and immerse ourselves in nature. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests we had. Their friendly demeanor and attentive service added a personal touch to our stay, making us feel truly welcome. I would DEFINITELY reccomend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ville de mont Resort and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff at Ville de mont Resort are truly the heart of this establishment. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a team that not only spoke excellent English but also exuded warmth and hospitality. The receptionists, bellboys, restaurant staff, and housekeeping team all went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. A special mention goes to Annie, whose assistance with bus ticket reservations and transportation arrangements was invaluable. Despite some minor hiccups with luggage transportation, Annie's dedication to resolving the issue late into the evening truly exemplified outstanding customer service. The efficiency of the laundry service was commendable, and I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the room. Not a speck of dust could be found, even on the ceiling! The attention to detail in providing everything a guest might need during their stay was evident in every aspect, from amenities to itinerary arrangements, breakfast options, and even the convenient golf car transportation service within the property.

While the resort does not assist guests with sending postcards, this was a minor issue in an otherwise flawless experience. The BBQ dinner was a highlight, set against a picturesque poolside backdrop. The ambiance was lovely, and the chef and staff were delightful. However, I would suggest adding more heaters to the outdoor dining area during cold weather. Additionally, the menu, while enjoyable, seemed a bit overpriced for the Sapa area.

The resort has a stunning location with beautiful views, rooms featuring balconies, and a cozy fireplace. I truly appreciated the handwritten welcome letter. The reception staff assisted me with everything I needed; they were very friendly and efficient. The food here is delicious. Everything seems almost perfect for a vacation.

- My family and I had an AMAZING stay here. One of our party is physically disabled and they upgraded us to a room that was closer and more accessible to the main lobby. - Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They gave many recommendations for activities, transport, food etc. They really did their best to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. - Some of us only eat halal food or vegetarian food and the chef and kitchen really went the extra mile when it came to our dietary preferences. On the first day we weren't able to eat a lot of the 'hot dishes' in the breakfast buffet because they had meat. On the second day, the chef had prepared full dishes for us so that we could enjoy a full Vietnamese breakfast. It's one of the kindest and most thoughtful experiences I've had at a hotel. - Location is beautiful. When the weather was cold there's a beautiful mist surrounding the mountains and hotel. When the weather was warm, the sun shone very brightly and prettily across the landscape.

The food overall was great. 2 of my kids are picky eaters and they enjoyed the food. The New Year's Eve dinner menu was delicious. Villa was cozy and warm. Eventhough I had minor problem with the a/c at the beginning, the tech support came quick to fix it. Staff overall are nice and supportive.

The bed of master suite wasn't as large as expected for the paid price. It should be at least king size bed, rather a queen size one. The breakfast restaurant was set up quite jam packed during the peak holiday.

I feel inlove with Ville. I am so happy to see the choice of uniform they have the ethnicity look that I think represent their culture and the people in Sapa. I love the food, the setting, the presentation of it. The staff are very welcoming and comforting.

You wont find anything you will not like in the place. Ville offers you a sense of tranquility, the relaxing view will help you rejuvenate your mind from the bustling life in the city where we came from.

Breakfast was also nice. Variety-wise the number of dishes were not many but for breakfast, it was more than enough. Eggs were well-cooked, pho was great and fruits were fresh.

One downside was the smell from the furnace. Because the furnace was inside the living room, the living room was full of the burnt smell. But the place was still one of the best.

The fireplace and living room space was amazing, we loved it.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the 2nd bedroom (in we booked had a different entrance to our master suite which has the living room. Would be nice if they were connected, or at least have the keycard work on both rooms so we could all meet in the main living room suite area.
