Daily housekeeping available. Cons/negative: Rather hard bed There was another door on the balcony, probably to the neighbors room. Bit unsafe, especially if you don't know or notice. Balcony door lock a bit broken, hard to close Soundproofing is not great. A bit of street noise came in from the outside. People slamming doors in the staircase.. Thin pillows Floor could be cleaner Tours rather expensive (oen person fansipan trekking 95$, compared with 60/70 at getyourguide or tourism office). No bin/trash can in room, no toiletry shelve in shower. Shower temperature difficult to adjust.. was sometimes either too hot or too cold.

- I was on the 4th floor so lots of stairs! - Bed was quite hard - My view from the window was a wall and stairs - I arrived at 1:30am instead of my estimated 2am and there was no one on reception so I was waiting for a while before anyone came out

Very big room! They let us leave the luggage in the morning before the check in. Moreover, the day we were leaving, they also let us leave the lugagge until late and have a shower before taking the night bus. One of the recepcionists helped us a lot booking both the Fansipan cable car as well as the bus tickets to Ha Giang. All in all, we highly recommend this place when staying in Sapa!

Only one person from the reception spoke English fluently, so sometimes it was hard to communicate with the others.

I loved the staff. they are super friendly and help beyond expectations. I arrived at 5 am and they let me rest. Phuong got my tickets to Fansipan with discount and the next day arranged a private tour for me at a great price. after check out, they allowed to use the facilities until 9 pm when I had to catch my night bus. There are many massage places, restaurants and the Sapa day/noght market is just 5 minutes from there. Also the bus terminal is near by. But it is peaceful a d quiet at night.

That I had to leave. They are so kind that really touched my heart.

The owners were very accommodating as my bus ran late and I got into Sa Pa at 1am. It was a short walk from the bus station and very close to the night market, ATMs and a short walk into Sa Pa town centre. Breakfast options were simple but delicious and I was also able to book my bus tickets back to Hanoi through reception as well!

The walls are on the thinner side which means it can be a bit noisy at night but nothing a pair of earplugs wouldn’t solve

Very satisfied with this hotel. Clean and spacious room, comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Plant-based/vegan breakfast was beyond our wildest expectations, with generous portions of fruits, veggies, rice, corn and coffee. It was phenomenal, the best breakfast we’ve had during 3-month journey around Vietnam.

The only thing worth pointing out is that the balcony is shared with another room

We stayed here for one night while we were in transit between cities. We liked that it was Very close to Sapa bus station, the room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and accomodated our very late check in. Overall excellent value for money and would recommend for short stays in Sapa. We did not book any, but they also offer tours and help book bus tickets at reception.

Few amenities, good for short stays but maybe not ideal for longer stays

Great location not too far from the lake and near many restaurants. When we arrived early and checked out, they allowed us to use their toilet to wash up and change on the first floor. We could also leave our bags and stay late on the first floor while waiting for our sleeper bus to pick us up

Would have been great if they had an elevator but the family-run hotel helped carry our bags even the two small teen girls carried one heavy suitcase

Close to the bus station and sapa market. Clean. Friendly owner. Phrung allowed us to checkin early when we arrive in the early hour 5am from Hanoi.. Her daughter Sin is very gorgeous. The dog is cute. Breakfast included is yummy and great variety. The chocolate waffle is my favorite. 😊

A fair walk to the other side of the lake and sun plaza. It was raining when we were there, not sure the umbrellas near the entrance are for sale or for customer use.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff at the reception was kind and helpful. On my last day, she kindly let me store my bags after checkout, which I really appreciated. I truly enjoyed my stay, and considering the price, I would definitely come back. Breakfast ok.

I found some hair on the bedsheets, maybe clean more, but the room was overall clean. Just that.
