The host greeted us after a long and arduous 12 hour bus ride with hot ginger and honey tea, which was so lovely, especially in the colder climate. Our room was very clean and the bed was the most comfortable we have had in Vietnam (8 hotel stays so far). The host set up a trip to Fansipan for us and each time we saw him, we were greeted warmly like old frieds. The location was perfect walking distance to restaurants and sightseeing, but not so close that there was no loud noise at night. I would recommend this hotel again and again!

Our stay at the Sapa Snow Hotel was a truly special experience. We visited during the Tết Festival and were warmly welcomed by the hotel owner, Lieu. He is an incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly host who even invited us to share a meal with his family during the celebrations. This gesture deeply touched us, and we truly appreciated his hospitality. We can highly recommend the Sapa Snow Hotel—it’s a place where you immediately feel comfortable and welcome. This is a very lovely hotel with a wonderful staff who goes above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one! I felt like I hit the jackpot staying at this hotel. My room was spotless and had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, and they even did my laundry for a very reasonable rate. The location of this hotel is perfect as well. They can book tours for you, and also they can help you book your bus tickets for onward journey. This was one of my best stays in Vietnam! Book your room at the Sapa Snow Hotel, you won't regret it!

The room was upgraded with a window view. It was clean and spacious. Leo, the owner, was very accommodative. The hotel is located near the G8 bus station, but, a bit far from Sapa Station.

There was a 4% additional charge if paying by credit card. Though, the difference was not a large amount, it was still nicer if there was no extra payment. If the room was upgraded, don't take it back on the following days. I was cool with it but others may not. It will be such a hassle to pack your things and unpack again. They kept me in the upgraded room though, after cutting my trip, going back to the hotel and packing my things ready to move to another room. The heater was not warming the room enough. Still, it was a relieved. It lessen the cold at night.

The hotel is easy to find, and the staff is quite nice. It provides breakfast too. They offered me to buy lots of services to make it easier during my stay which some I already have. So you don't need to worry about attractions tickets if you don't have them yet.

They sell bus tickets to another city which I buy. But the quality of the bus didn't match with the seats I ordered. But they told me it's the bus's company's fault which honestly is correct too.

Staff at this hotel were very professional and helpful. Harry, the manager, made arrangements for me to trek to villages and to visit Fansipan and even went aboveand beyond to help me with transportation amd other details. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and you can choose from 6 different meal sets. Room had all the amenities I needed. I liked how this hotel isn't in the noisy core of Sapa town, it's in a quiet side street but still very close to all the action.

The staff was attentive and accommodating, making sure every need was met with a smile. Sapa Snow Hotel exceeded all expectations, thanks in large part to Harry's exceptional hospitality. I hope that one day I can return and create more cherished memories in this wonderful oasis.

Best hotel in Vietnam so far ! Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Place is spotless, owner / staff are available to help 24 /7, my laundry was cleaned and delivered in less than 12 hours, breakfast is free and plentiful and the hotel is right in the middle of everything! The owner Leiu (Leo) went out of his way to help organize a tour guide and motorcycle for a fraction of the cost (less than half) that I was quoted around town. Seriously, do not hesitate to book here.

I had an amazing stay. The family that ran this hotel was amazing. They were so helpful, pleasant and so kind. I booked a tour through them and had a wonderful time with my guide. I actually was invited to have lunch with their extended family and the interactions with the family was amazing. I would stay there again, and again anytime I return to Sapa.

There was nothing I didn't like. Loved my stay.
