The breakfast here was really good, the rooms and bathrooms were massive, and it's right next to a night market full of restaurants. The manager was really nice and helped us out with a few things. They rented us motorbike (automatic) for a reasonable fee. Unlike some places, they kept their motorbikes in good working order and they were strong enough to carry big Americans. We used them to go to the glass bridge about a 30 minutes drive, it was an amazing experience.

It seems that the rooms used to have bath tubs, but they were removed. I would have paid a little bit more per night if it still have working bathtubs. They appeared to used to have a rooftop bar that no longer existed. There's a ton of competition in the town, so maybe it was no longer profitable. Still, some chairs and plants on the roof would have made it a nice, private place to go sit outside.

The hotel is conveniently situated in the center of Sapa town, offering easy access to supermarkets and restaurants, providing guests with a variety of dining and shopping options. The WiFi provided by the hotel is reliable, ensuring guests can stay connected during their stay. Guests can enjoy the comfort of a very warm shower, providing a rejuvenating experience after a day of exploring the surrounding area.

One notable drawback is the absence of a heater in the hotel room. This lack of heating can result in discomfort, especially during colder weather conditions, leaving guests feeling chilly upon arrival.

The property is a short walk from central SaPa but there are many small eateries around and a convenience store located just around the corner. The rooms are large and have all of the standard amenities..mattress is super comfy and AC is whisper quite, mini fridge is very cold and they have smart TV’s to stream YouTube, Prime etc. Owner is fluent in English and was very helpful and attentive.

We had a room facing the main street so it was very noisy and hard to keep out the light at night from the huge neon billboard located in front of the hotel. There was also a restaurant downstairs with a Karaoke bar which was noisy and loud although that isn’t something the owner had any control over. The big problem for me was that they only accept accept cash, as someone that prefers to use credit cards for all of the obvious reasons, this was a big turn off.

Good hotel at weekend and nice staff.

The male manager spoke good English and was very helpful with travel advice/suggestions, including for a self drive/ride tour, plus he marked them on a map and arranged a motorbike to get us to those locations. Sadly, my son and I had been sick in bed with fever/flu for our first 2 days in Sapa, but his advice allowed us to see a few different local hill tribes and the caves north of town, which was enough for us on our third and final day there. They also have a few shower/toilet rooms downstairs where you could freshen up if you have already checked out, as we had. We dropped off the motorbike, grabbed our bags from near the desk and headed across the carpark to board the evening VIP 22 berth sleeper bus back to Hanoi that he had also booked for us @400,000 Dong

Our bathroom window didn't shut 100%, so a bit noisy, but it did lock and the door blocked out the street noise into the bedroom area.

Good location and comfortable bed. The owner is really nice, he’s the only one speaking English and he helped us with everything we need (motorbike, bus, places to visit and even doing a late check out), it was great! We appreciate everything. We also loved the puppy at the reception and the great massages at the spa.

Not so clean and you also can hear the noise from outside.

Good value hotel and comfortable.. big room , buffet breakfast was not running since we are low season but they cooked us a pretty good hot plate breakfast : ) .

Location is not bad but not the best in my opinion it's more located in the local downtown not the tourist downtown , but it's right beside.the big market place so some people might like this . The owner is friendly but really wanted to know what we were doing so he could sell or rent us things , we found this a bit annoying.

So much to like about this place. Large clean rooms, serviced daily including water and hand towels which is a nice change from many places I have stayed in VN. Handy location next to night market and easy walking distances to supermarket and restuarants.

Hot water, takes 25 min to have hot water. We asked to exchange bed linen, as we saw they were not replaced from last guest. The staff did not speak English. Expected from a four star .. The Manager is very helpful, add speaks good English. We saw him on the 3rd day. One evening there was a very loud event with high volume, till very late..

Great location about 5 mins walk from the SaPa express drop-off and super easy to get a taxi to the other end of town. Couple who ran it were super lovely, room was big and perfect. This is a good budget place to stay; comes with everything you'd need for your stay! Breakfast was also fine. Overall a solid contender if you're coming to the area...
