We had a lovely stay in Sapa Full House. We found it to be the perfect place to stay after the Ha Giang loop because 1. It was less than a 5 minute walk from the bus station where we were dropped off 2. Late check in was seamless at 1am 3. The beds were super comfortable. The lady running the hotel is so lovely and helpful. Our sleeper bus after check out wasn’t until 9:30pm, but she offered for us to check out at 9pm for 200k, allowing us to spend the full day in Sapa and still shower, nap, etc. Breakfast was good - eggs with a wide range of breads or local options.

The place was about 15 min walk from the centre but we knew this when booking. The hot water went in the shower after about 5/10 minutes of use. Like a lot of budget options, our room was relatively clean, although certainly not spotless.

Exceptional experience, amazing location, extremely clean, good A/C, strong WiFi, hot water 24/7 and the best, the great and professional service of the staff. This is Vietnam so not everyone speaks English but they all carry a translator and communication was not a problem. It was the manager Ms Ngoc, who is bilingual, who was constantly checking if every thing was okay on my 5 days stay. The first day I told her how impressed I was with the property and still she will offered me coffee when she sees me or to make me some item that was not in the menu for breakfast. That’s what hospitality is all about and everybody was professional and always smiling. Thank you Ms Ngoc,, you help me enjoy Sapa at a different level.

Everything was perfect

The central location was amazing! My bus arrived around 12:30am and this hotel was a two minute walk from the bus station. The owner also was so very sweet, and allowed me to keep my luggage there for several days after I had left. The bed was cozy and the homemade free breakfast was great. I also had my laundry done in a few hours for a reasonable price.

The only downside is the loud noise that begins at 6am in the market area next door. This only bothered me because I am a very light sleeper. But honestly I would choose this location again because of how amazing the hostess was and how welcomed I felt.

Fairly basic but for the price you pay it is very good value for money. Staff were so kind and let us check in very late after our bus from Ha Giang at 1am. They let us leave our big rucksacks at the hotel while we spent a night at a homestay with a Hmong family in a nearby village, and then when we came to collect our bags the next day they even let us shower in a different room free of charge before our next night bus to Hanoi. We had laundry done at a reasonable price. Location is very good too, especially if you're traveling by bus to/from Sapa. Overall, highly recommend!

It was cool in Sapa so we liked that the room had a heat pump The bed was comfortable, the shower was good and the water was hot. The manager Ngoc is friendly and professional. She will quickly find a solution to any problem you might have as well as provide recommendations for activities and restaurants etc. She is the kind of person that helps make the world a better place. I would recommend this hotel for your trip to Sapa.

The rooms are getting a bit tired and are in need of freshening up with new paint and linens the free breakfast is in need of some new ideas.

The hotel is located right next to bus station, so very convenient for travelers by bus from other cities. Around hotel you can find many different restaurants. To center of the city is a walking distance. I booked a room with balcony so I had the view to the street and big local market during the day. The room was spacious and clean with comfy bed. The price according to my local friend is cheap. The owner of the hotel is very cute and lovely. We had to change the plan at the last minutes and she helped us book a bus to our desired destination and also extended our check out hour till the bus arrive at 1pm.

The room was clean and spacious. We were supposed to stay one night and at the end we stayed two. The staff is so kind and available. The first night we arrived at 2am and, imagining that we would have been tired for breakfast (which happens from 7 to 9), they have extended the time and prepared breakfast even if late. They also helped us to rent a motorbike, to book the bus and let us have a shower on the second day before taking the bus. The location is just perfect, next to the bus station and the beautiful market. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Great location beside the bus stop. We arrived from a sleeper bus late at night and the hotel left the keys out for us and also had turned on the heater in our room so it was warm on arrival. In the morning the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check out a bit later as we had arrived so late. I would highly recommend

The shower did not stay hot for very long and the towels provided could be fresher but overall was very good for the price.

Located next to the bus station, the hostess is very kind and beautiful, tries to make the guests' stay comfortable, made a free upgrade, special thanks for breakfast, delicious and sufficient choice, fruits, fresh juice, pancakes, soup, hot dishes, vegetables and even yogurt and cheese, in comparison with other hotels in Sapa a very rich breakfast. We stayed here after arriving at 1am from a night bus into Sapa. The hotel is perfect for this as it’s a 1 minute walk from the bus station. The lady who runs it was very friendly. We overslept and missed breakfast the next day, but she very kindly got us both breakfast which was delicious! The room we had was also really spacious and comfortable.
