What I like best about the property was the staff, they were really helpful and nice especially the GIRL STAFF that knew simple english but if she didn’t understood what we were saying she would translate it using her phone. SHE HAD EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. She even booked us a taxi or tuktok going to our next location. Just to give you a heads up, there is no Grab in Sapa unlike in Hanoi. The place was very convenient. It had an excellent LOCATION. Once you go out, there are a lot of restaurants outside, salon, spa, laundry etc… it’s a 10minute walk to the Sapa Center where all the excitement is happening but a long the way there are a lot of things to see. And it is also near the Sapa Market, but unfortunately we did not get a chance to go there. Hotel itself is CLEAN AND COZY 🩵🩵❄️ I was unsure in booking this place at first because it had a low rating in being “clean” but to my surprise it was SPOT ON CLEAN. They do have an electric kettle where we can heat water for our baby and there is a working heater in the bathroom and there is also a working room heater which is great for the cold weather. Do not underestimate the coldness in Sapa because it gets really cold.

There was no television but that was alright because we had an ipad to entertain ourselves. Other than that everythings was excellent.

Great value for money! I paid £8 for a single room, which was surprisingly large for a hostel. I only used it as a step over to have somewhere to store my language and have a shower in the evening, before getting a night bus, so I can’t comment on the quality of the bed, but it looked nice. I arrived at 10am and the room was already ready, fantastic! To be fair, it wasn’t much different to a £40/night 4*hotel in Hanoi 😃

They have friendly cats in the lobby !! Was lovely getting so see them each time we came into the hostel. The staff were very helpful when we had queries. The bed was super comfortable:)

Only downsides were that the bathroom was a bit mouldy, and we were awoken very early each morning because of construction noise. It was super loud ! In the evening there was also loud karaoke but it wasn’t too late.

Location is close to the bus stop to/from Hanoi, so it's convenient. It is also walking distance from the centre of Sapa. They allowed me to check in an hour earlier and store my luggage after check out. Good price.

Unfortunately it was very misty when I was in Sapa, so I could see nothing from the windows. The staff spoke basic English. The room was very cold even though there was a warm AC (32 degree C in the room).

Very good value for money here! Whilst not in the town centre itself, it is still close to some shops, restaurants and where the buses pick-up and drop off. The room was a decent size and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nothing special but did the job just fine. It was about 10 minute walk to the town centre, so a quiet location but not too far

We arrived with the night bus from Hanoi very early in the morning and since our room was still occupied the owner let us sleep in a dorm free of charge which we much appreciated after this exhausting drive. The hostel is closely situated to the city center (5-10 minutes of walking), where the main restaurants can be found. Our booked room was spacious, absolutely clean and well equipped. The staff offered to clean the room each day and provided fresh bottles of water. Additionally, the hostel staff has the cutest cat in the world that is almost always up for a cuddle!

Moderately sized room but layout was good and there were 2 chairs and a coffee table. Near the bus drop off if you're coming from Hanoi. I arrived at 1am and the staff patiently waited for me.

There was a kettle, cups, water, but no free coffee :) not a biggie though, good thing I brought one from the last hotel I stayed in. There is no outlet near the bed.

We took an overnight bus and it literally stopped 250 m from the hotel. When we left we caught the bus 250 m down the street. It’s well located to walkabout in SAPA

We were told we could check in early as we arrived at 6 for 200k more. My wife did not feel well so we took it ONLY to find out they had bunk bed one could sleep in for FREE UNTIL YOU WOKE UP. This I felt was really off sides as this facility would really promote the hotel instead it’s left a sour taste in the mouth 😢

Staff were so lovely, 24 reception so we were able to check in when our night bus arrived at 3am. Also stored our luggage, able to relax in reception and offered us spare dorm room beds before our sleeper bus back to Hanoi. Room was clean, simple and comfortable. Great location to all the main restaurants.

Bathroom had a funny smell coming from the drain but wasn’t a major issue.

Everything was great! Well located (right next to the center but much quieter), very clean, huge room with very comfortable bed, and the staff are so nice and helpful. They cleaned my room daily and gave my clean towels and free bottles of water. The staff can speak English very well so I could communicate with them with no problem, the guy at the reception is super nice and kind. If I come back to Sapa I'll make sure to book again with them.
