All great, stayed there for a week. Breakfast was good, their Pho was amazing.

Nothing. Pro tip: omelette here means fried egg. If u want an omelette do a hand gesture of mixing the eggs, then u’ll get omelette :)

Hotel is within walking distance to the main attractions and lots of eateries nearby. Reception staffs were quite friendly and the morning breakfasts had lots of variety.

Please fix the elevator, many tourists encountered issues with it as there was no control on the doors closing.

We love the breakfast buffet. The range was a lot and mostly local food which we enjoyed so much. Reception was also very good and efficient. When we leave, reception even help us to arrange for taxi and helped to inform our next destination to the taxi driver.

Temperature for hot shower not consistent. Sink is a bit stuck.

The staff were nice and friendly and the location was great. I booked with booking.com since the price was much cheaper. I showed them the booking reference number and they asked me to check in and pay later. Breakfast was great and the restaurant staffs were lovely. when I was checking out they told me they have cancelled the booking and I have to pay the full price! it was a bit disappointing.

the bathroom was very damp and covered with black molds and had strong damp smell. I asked them to change my room and had the same issue in the new room. Then noticed black molds on the restaurant walls. when I checked with my friends they had the same thing. Also they ignore your booking through booking.com and charge you the full price!
