The hotel was clean, room was a good size, the staff was friendly, breakfast had wide variety of food, and the cook was very happy to make me a pho soup every morning. Hotel was right in the centre of town and in the middle of all restaurants and bars, which was good and central for everything, however late at night it was noisy as people were signing in bars and had loud music.

except the noise at the evening, everything was good.

The location is very convenient and very close to everything as in literally everything. The staffs are very accommodating and very helpful. The property itself isn’t that new BUT all facilities work well. They were even kind enough to change our room to the one that is next to our kid’s room and the one that is big enough as well. Breakfast served was good too.

1. They started renovations on the ground floor at 730 am with drilling. 2. Breakfast was very bad. No variety of food and not good. For the coffee， they didn’t give proper milk.

Almost everything - huge and clean rooms, excellent breakfast, location.

The leaking shower but it did not affect our overall experience.

Construction noises happening across the road all day. This is not too much of a problem if you are out exploring all day but if you are wanting to relax in the hotel it will be noisy!

Staff were super friendly and couldn't do enough for us, even suggest some local place to visit that locals enjoy away from the tourist hot spots.

Noise from the street was so bad we ended up moving rooms to a lesser grade so we could get some peace and quiet. Few staff spoke any English but we used Google translate.

Staff's english is poor but would go all the way to assist guests - mine helped me to arrange buggy on demand basis

Breakfast was average, coffee provided was the worst vietnamese coffee I've tasted during the trip and the staff forgot to serve the jelly condiments that go with the yogurt until I've informed her.

I really enjoyed it, service was great, helped us with everything (motorcycle rent, taxi, early check in), awesome rooms with nice view to the city (not lake). Very clean and breakfast was good

The only thing is i booked a room with balcony with lake view... it had balcony but view what to the city and not the lake

Location was great, can see the location from the room. Cafes and eateries all near just few steps walk . Market too. Clean and tidy room, staffs were nice !
