They accepted late check out at 12:30pm without fee

The hotel provides breakfast to all of us (5 pax) without extra charges for kids. Hang (the front desk staff) is very friendly with a lot of suggestions. The hotel has its own laundry service at 60 VND / kg but she suggested us to opt for a cheaper laundry service just around the corner, which we are very happy and satisfied with! Our room were done everyday with changing of towels & drinking water refilled. Hang can easily arrange our transportation to places that we wish to go. The hotel building is on its own, located at slightly on the hill just nearby to the SAPA lake and require you to walk up a bit. Hence, the view is superb!

other than their card machine malfunction which require me to pay by cash, there is NOTHING that i don't like about the hotel :)

Reception staff were great, always available and willing assist and go the extra mile. We had a late night bus when departing and were able to leave luggage there all day and the hotel offered us an option to take a shower and refresh before boarding the overnight bus. The room was comfortable and clean and great views of the lake and mountains in the background. The breakfast was also good especially the pho noodles.

The only downside was the internet as it was temperamental and would drop in and out. l don’t think this was the hotel’s issues and even on my local sim had issues with the internet.

The location is within walking distance of Sapa City Center. The road from the city center is a bit steep and uphill (perfect workout for your legs). The room was huge, beds were the perfect size though a bit hard for our liking. The bathroom was also spacious with complete toiletries. The room had a balcony with a great view of the lake and the mountains. Breakfast spread had a variety of choices mostly Vietnamese cuisine. The staff was also awesome, their front desk staff Hang and Huyen were very accommodating. We arrived early on the day of the check-in and Huyen immediately checked if there was a room that was available for us to do an early check-in at no charge. By our last day, Huyen arranged a shuttle service to drop us off at the bus station so we could head back to Hanoi. We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was great value for money. Would consider this hotel again if we come back to Sapa.

Breakfast choices are a bit repetitive.

Lovely hotel at a good location, just about 10 minutes walk to Sun Plaza. My family stayed there for two nights and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff are very helpful and the lady from the reception helped us buy the tickets for Fancipan. My special thanks go to Mr. Neil who helped me along with the bus tickets and airport transfers at very reasonable prices for both Hanoi and Sapa. Fully recommand this Sapa Passion Hotel and love to come again .

Everything expecially the view through the room window which reflects Sapa lake and mountains - but plz be aware it depends.

Only one that the staff seemed didn't aware of free early check-in and late check-out coming as Booking.com previlige. But I am not sure this is caused from the hotel itself or Booking.com so it didn't affect my rate.

The hotel was clean and nice. The staff greeted us very friendly and we felt welcome right away. I could have upgraded room and reception lady took me the room to check it. This is the 1st time for me with such kind service. It was great location and the staff are amazing and courteous. Would like to stay with them again when I'm.back.

Super helpful staff. Helped organise washing at normal market price. No rip-off price. We arrived before 6am and hotel staff accommodated us without extra charge. We also had a very late checkout (10pm) hotel staff offered us luggage storage, shower facility and resting room if we wanted to. All of it free of charge.

We loved the Hang the reception staff. She was amazing. Very helpful in making us feel comfortable and making the most of our stay in Sapa. We arrived at 6am on a sleeper bus and weren’t due to check in until 2pm. Hang got us in our room ready at 8:30am! She is incredible. She organised the cheapest bike rental in Sapa for us and was helpful with late check out. We have already booked another stay here

Great staff, very flexible allowing early check in and late check out, great view and room was a good size - value for money.

Location was not very accessible, with a steep incline to walk up to reach the property from the main part of town. Wasn’t a big deal for us but would be limiting for many.
