The front desk manager, Mr. Mohamed Abdelsalam, provided personalized recommendations and ensured that our every need was met with care and attention. As a family, we thoroughly enjoyed the variety of pools available—the adult-kids’ pool, an adult-only pool, and a kids’ pool. The room with its sea view was delightful, and we appreciated the spotless condition of the hotel. The breakfast was a highlight, and we found the overall experience exceptional. I always love this place, very comfortable bed and amazing customer service. The room is quite spacious and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The adults only pool is amazing too.

I have been a regular for Fairmont Fujairah. All throughout the years, I felt like the room was a bit worn-out compared to before. Some lights aren't functioning (blinking). The wall looks a bit old, too, not the same luxury feels compared to before. The breakfast selection used to be amazing, but I felt like the food quality was not as per the usual Fairmont standard. But overall, it's still a good stay, but maybe it'll be my last for this hotel.

First, let’s clarify: Kids pool is not one pool, but many pools ! Pools, both adults and kids, are very clean & well maintained. Special thanks to Mr.Flobert (Life boy), who saved my daughter while she was going to drown in the water.He is very professional, vigilant & very helpful. Once again, thank you, Mr.Flobert .You have done a very great job. The restaurant was good but with limited cuisines .Special thanks to Chef Mustafa & Chef Afzal, who took care at the time of our visit.Their dishes were very tasty, especially fish grill and Paratha. A warm thank you to Miss Alexandra, who is in the main reception counter .She attended us very professionally and allot a good room to stay. Overall, it was a nice experience for us .

In the restaurant, Veriety of food selection was very less.Kids recreation activities were very low .Beach was very muddy .Open bathroom concepts are not suitable for families. Beaches and kids' pools were too far from the hotel.If they provide an elevator on the connection building, it will be nice to tourist or senior citizens who have walking difficulty.

I had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding—professional, warm, and attentive. The room was beautifully appointed, clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail in both design and amenities. I especially appreciated the quality of the bedding and how quiet the room was—it made for a very restful stay. The hotel’s common areas were elegant and welcoming, and the dining options were excellent. The fitness center was also well-equipped and clean, which I appreciated. The location was ideal—close to key attractions and conveniences, yet peaceful enough to relax. Overall, my experience at the Fairmont exceeded expectations, and I would gladly return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and excellent service.

While the overall hotel experience was lovely, I was disappointed with the spa. There was very little flexibility in pricing, and no tailored packages were offered. It felt like there wasn’t much interest in customizing services or making a sale, which was surprising for a hotel of this caliber. A more personalized and guest-focused approach would really elevate the spa experience.

Everything was good from the checkin with Ayesha, to facilities and amenities in the room. We got a free room upgrade for our anniversary so that was nice. The room was aesthetic, with good views and all ameneties that you would require from a 5 star hotel. Room service dining was really good too. I dont understand why some people in the reviews didnt like the hotel. The adult pool side was really comfortable and nice and clean, great time for sunset. Breakfast was really good too, not sure if they change the menu though.

The inhouse resraurants were disastarous, i mean Canvas rest breakfast was exceptional, but their dinner was unexplainable, an experience so thats alright !! Lava restaurant for lunch wasnt great either. We had a car so could eat out, but if you are just in house, not sure if you would enjoy their food. Didnt go to copper lobster, heard it is good, but limited menu.

If you are looking for relaxing time away from the city, this would be great choice, from the moment we entered the staff started already pampering every family member, they knew its my birthday and i got some special treatment and the room was decorated nicely, the breakfast was fabulous and the chief "Moustafa" is so active and passionate and making sure guests are satisfied and happy! The spa receptionist is very kind, facilities are new and clean. The Housekeeping and all staff are always happy and smiling, giving flowers and taking photos for guests! Thank You!

I enjoyed the facilities in the spa, though the massage was not so good i think they need to hire someone good with giving massage, the pool close a bit early, and the private beach was very nice and clean but the water is not but to be honest there is always staff at the beach to make sure the water is being cleaned!

We had such a great time at the Fairmont! The staff really made us feel special. Big thanks to Zakaria, Goldie, and Chef Moustafa for their amazing service. Zakaria was super helpful and even extended our checkout, which made things so much easier for us. Goldie was so friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. And Chef Moustafa went out of his way to make a special dish just for us.. Thanks again to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back!
