Super nice stay, really pleased with this hotel. The hotel room was super spacious, the bed was super comfy and there was a really nice tea/kettle/coffee machine station (photo attached!), which always makes a big difference. The staff on reception were super nice and friendly :) And the breakfast was super nice, lots of variety (and little sandwiches that you could take away with you). The location was nice too, overall a super nice stay and good value for money!

The Wifi was a bit slow, but other than that no complaints!

Nice quiet and peaceful location. Car park available in front of the hotel. The rooms are large. The rooms have everything you need. The staff at reception are professional. If you stay in the hotel during the cold season there is always a sauna available. We would especially like to mention the breakfast! It is simply delicious, believe me. It is certainly strange to serve smoked fish for breakfast, but I have never eaten anything tastier than this fish and my attempts to find and buy it in Szczecin shops/markets were unsuccessful! So don't even think about denying yourself breakfast. It's not the first time we stay in the hotel, so we are absolutely conscious of our choice.

The location was close the Daber river and the view every morning was beautiful , the breakfast had a good range and had something for every taste. And the staff was nice supportive.

Prefer if they can keep some tea,coffee,sugar etc. in the room just in case if the visitor needed that.

Excellent Customer service and Staff. Thanks to the early check-in provided for my family as our train reached destination by 6 Am. Thanks to Front desk staff, very kind and helpful. Location was excellent and all important sight seeing places can be visited just by walk. Room was clean and excellent and a great River View, Wow.

We missed Chicken in breakfast, But otherwise breakfast was good and tables were clean and spacious. Kids love the cakes, juices and Desserts.

The fish (mackerel and herring in oil) were so good at breakfast. Free coffee and sandwich to go is nice. One window view was facing Dukes' Castle. There's towels at sauna too. Clean room

We had cookies and croissant for the first day but next day there was not at breakfast. We chose "eco clean" but they changed all towels next day. The closest Zabka was closed on Easter day even though reception staff told me it's open.

The hotel is in a strategic position: all most important sites are in within walking distance. In particular, the main entrance of the hotel is just in front of one of the best terraces in Europe, providing a nice view on the beautiful harbor promenade. The staff is very, very kind and professional; breakfast includes a large variety of fresh food, both cold and warm dishes. The room was large, very well equipped and very clean! I strongly recommend this hotel considering quality/price ratio.

good location (Castle, Philharmonic concerts, National Museum, Orthodox Church) normal breakfast, tea/coffee in the room, bottled water in the room every day, quite clean and calm

taxi from airport: be careful, there are two Focuses in Szczecin: Focus and Grand Focus; we had to show proper address to the driver to get to our Focus hotel; 10 min walking to the nearest product shop, not too comfortably organized place for breakfast, quite loaded road near (view from the room window), expensive taxi to airport (asked to book on hotel reception)

Cosy rooms, comfortable beds, child-friendly touches like games and toys in the dining room.

some things in the room (like the fan) needed a bit of repairing/freshening up. For people sensitive to noise be aware some rooms look out onto a number of highways and overpasses, and there was also some noise in the morning which may have been garbage collection.

Not really nice feeling when you come in and the girl from the reception looks at you and your family and starts to whisper to her colleague and laughing obviously on your address. Our heater was without regulation, so it was quite cold during the night

Staff were very friendly. Hotel was in a good location just 20 minute stroll from the train station. Room was spacious looking out at River. Good breakfast.

We had a lot of very large mosquitos in the bathroom one morning, which was dealt with quickly by housekeeping. Would recommend a sign to warn you not to leave bathroom window open overnight.
