The staff was very friendly, helpful, always smiling and in a good mood. The breakfast room was very nice, clean and quiet. I really liked it. The location is fantastic, you can walk to the pedestrian street of Freising where you can get everything you need and want. And did not even know that you need and want it. ;-) The bathroom was very nice and spacious.

The room was very small for 2 people with 2 suitcases. There was no space to turn around. The bathroom light would go on and off by itself and wake up the other person. The rooms is okay for 1 person but not for 2 friends, unless you are a couple.

It was a quite nice hotel, clean facilities and room. I arrived late and left early so I don't know about anything except the friendly staff and good room. Convenient enough to reach from MUC airport (via the bus you can find up the stairs found in the large "outside" space between terminals).

The only downside I'd say is the 15-20 min. walk from the local train station - there are local buses to get you closer, but it was simply faster for me to walk that time of night/morning than wait on a bus. Nothing negative I'd note about the hotel itself, except perhaps expensive - but it is the Munich area, so prices are high anyway.

Shoutout to the team of Achat Hotel for their great service! I’ve met the most friendly receptionists here! I had a problem with the wifi on my first day there, but got a helpful advice about it from one of the receptionist who came to my room directly as soon as called. Complained about it again in the 2nd day, but then I was moved to the other room, thanks to very helpful and responsive receptionist. Additionally, thanks to the housekeeper who did the job very neatly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

If I may suggest, perhaps it would be better to put a plastic bag or something in the trash bin.

The room was clean and comfortable; service was always helpful and friendly. Even though this is not a hotel run by private owners, the atmophere , the way the staff members talked to people was personal and almost familiar, i.e. if the guest wanted to have a little chat. In my experience this is unusual in a hotel. The breakfast buffet was great, eg. scrambled eggs, fruit bowl and - to my delight - even marmalade, not just jam.

I was totally happy with the hotel.

The location is close to Central Freising. Quite hotel. A variety of restaurants nearby. Bus stop right outside the hotel.

Wifi is started when the key is inserted into the main slot at the door. Wifi worked for 10 seconds when first turned on then stopped. Had to connect to other rooms wifi, and then be at the mercy of them not shutting it off when they left the room. Bed became uncomfortable after 2 night's sleep.

It was a convenient overnight stopover between Munich and catching a train to Passau to start a bike trip, the town centre is attractive with restaurants and an easy walk from the hotel.

The property did not have airconditioning, which I thought had been listed as an amenity. They did have a portable fan in the room.

I unfortunately had to stay here as a friend I was travelling with had a medical emergency and was sent from the airport to the hospital in Freisling. That said if you have an early flight from Munich and want to spend the night in a pretty town with lots of nice restaurants I would not hesitate to recommend here. Taxi time approx 20 minutes to the airport. Breakfast really excellent and the waitress was lovely.

The check in was a little robotic as if the receptionist was reading from a script and no information given on the town...things to see, where to eat etc.

Perfect location as we were meeting someone at the Weihenstephan Brewery for dinner and it was within walking distance. We were a little worried as there was no air conditioning but the room was partly underground and so was cool, plus there was a floor fan in the room.

Google maps directions were a bit confusing, but we figured it out after circling the block!

Modern, unique lighting, comfortable stay. We missed our flight and needed a place to crash at the last minute. Since Munich city center would have been a trek, we thought we would check out this nearby village of Freising. To our delight, this hotel was well situated just one block from the historic city center with cute shops and restaurants without being touristy. FYI The cab costs 40€ one way from the airport but the bus is convenient with the nearest stop a close walk from the hotel and only costs 4€.

They were able to accommodate us as an emergency booking following multiple flight cancellations. The following morning, staff allowed us to remain in the lobby until we could sort alternative arrangements as they were fully booked, and arranged a taxi for us to our follow up hotel.
