Location of the hotel is quite nice, it's very close to the Triumph Arc, and the main avenue. the train subway is 5 mins away so it's helpful to get around the city. the staff were nice and helpful. the room is clean, not very spacious but well designed with socket plugs and a small desk. the bathroom is clean and fresh.

The key was not working often, so eveytime I had to go down to reception and revalidate, it's not a big deal but a bit inconvenience. I haven't had the breakfast booked but form what I saw at the lobby cafe, the breakfast isn't that great, you can get better breakfast if you walk 2 minutes to the nearby cafes.

Very well refurbished, clean, helpful staff, quiet street which is very important to us, yet steps from amenities and public transport.

Small room which is to be expected in this location, got stuffy overnight with two in room, turned down thermostat and opened window, ok after that

We had an amazing time at the hotel. We made the trip for my boyfriends birthday and got an upgrade. I had asked for breakfast in the room and they were very discrete. (Didn’t mention it in front of him) Breakfast is more than enough (don’t know what people need more), rooms are clean and big enough for a citytrip (again.. don’t know what you need more) and the staff is very friendly. Within 5 minutes (or less) you’re at the Arc de Triomphe where you can take multiple lines metro and RER. Definitly are coming back when we visit Paris.

If I can have one small negative point (but the hotel can’t help it, it’s the building)… The walls are a bit thin. If you have loud neighbours (like we did it) you can hear everything (and I do mean everything).

This property scores a 11/10 for us, it was newly appointed which felt wonderful, the bed was large and extremely comfortable , although we didn’t have a view , this was not important due to the proximity to everything, restaurants immediately out our door and cafes on every corner, the bustle of Paris @ our doorstep but positioned in a quite street around the corner from the Arc De Triomphe….Truely wonderful, we walked everywhere and could have kept discovering for another week without finding a fraction of Paris’s secrets. But above all The staff made our entire stay a time not to forget, We thank Menware and Amir, sorry if the spelling is incorrect, for making it so special in every way, the attention to detail went above our expectations, from guiding us to sites and locations around Paris and taking care of every whim, a high standard was truely set in Gold. We are very happy about the stay as It exceeded all our expectations! Hotel is modern yet cozy and very clean, pool is super nice and was never crowded when we visited - note that the 30€ fee for using the pool is just one time payment and for the whole room not per person so it was very convenient. We are so grateful to the most awesome staff who were super helpful and kind. We were even upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite so me and my daughter had both beautiful separate rooms yet staying together and in her room there was the loveliest small Parisian balcony with the cutest view to the rooftops! Thank you all for making our dreamy Paris trip so beautiful!!:)

The Star Champs-Elysées was a delightful first stop on our European Christmas market adventure! Its central location was perfect for exploring Paris, and we really appreciated the staff accommodating our early check-in after a long journey. This allowed us to freshen up and head straight out to soak in the city's festive atmosphere. While we only stayed one night, the hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was cozy and well-maintained, and the free Wi-Fi was a bonus. We didn't have time to try the breakfast buffet, but the ornate fireside lounge looked like a lovely spot to relax. Overall, a great choice for a short stay in Paris, especially during the busy holiday season.

This was a great location only 3 min walk to metro Charles de gaulle etoile for easy transit around city and to airport. 3 MIN WALK to Arc de Triomphe and immediate view of the Eiffel Tower and sparkles by night .Myself and my daughter felt it was very safe area to walk in at nite and hotel has lovely restaurants nearby with very friendly staff at the Italian nearby...Staff at hotel were very friendly and we were upgraded to a deluxe classic double on arrival ...very spacious for Paris and very comfortable will definitely stay here again

Clean room, although on the small side for a 4-star hotel with an intelligent layout of the bathroom, which is semi-included in the bedroom. The safe in the room is large enough to accommodate a 17" laptop. Comfy bed. Located in a very quiet one-way street close to the Arc de Triomphe and Charles de Gaule metro station. Efficient staff with a reception desk staffed at all times.

The breakfast area is open on the reception and the exit, which means a lot of cold wind every time someone enters or leaves the hotel.

The location was excellent and the staff were outstanding - polite, very friendly and helpful. My room was small but looked new, clean and modern.

Lack of fridge to chill water, fresh milk, juice or purchased snacks (tea, coffee machine, and single-serve long life milk pods were provided). There were no drawers at all, little room to open a single suitcase (no rack/stand provided), and really only one shelf for non-hanging storage - not enough in a room that is meant for two people. The business mentions the environmental impact of washing towels but provides not one hook anywhere in the bathroom or main room on which to hang a single wet bath towel, let alone one per guest. The only option was a very high rack directly over the toilet bowl :(

The location of the hotel was ideal, very close to the metro/rer station, arc de triomphe, and champs-élysées. The hotel was newly renovated, and both the rooms and the lobby were really clean. The hotel staff were (all but one) very helpful and super friendly, so we had amazing service throughout the stay. The pool was very relaxing and fancy, and the breakfast had a good quality. We’ll definitely come back ASAP!

One evening there was a guy at the reception who was quite unhelpful and rude. Compared to the other receptionists at the hotel, his behavior really struck out.
