B&B are a pretty safe bet, and the location around Angers is what I required. Easy to find, good parking, easy access to rooms and a seamless registering process using the automated machine. I chose not to have the breakfast due to time constraints, but it looked good and far more than most chain hotels.

There is no lift, and carrying a large suitcase to the second floor could be fun.

The family room was great with the kids beds on a groovy mezzanine.

Convenient on the outskirts of the city, close to restaurant for dinner options. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Secure car park with gate locked at night. Self check in for later arrival.

Windows quite small and room felt dark. Extractor fan in bathroom not working so became very foggy after showering.
